Worth the luxury price point

Alexandra Miro is one of those brands that always pops on my Instagram and Pinterest feeds, especially in the summer. I had seen them last year and was drawn to their designs, but only recently made a purchase. Let me just say I wish I ordered earlier.
I love a luxury swimwear brand and stock up at least with one piece each big holiday trip. I am very impressed with their fabric quality, design details like hardware, and of course the fits on the model. Many times luxury swimwear is just aesthetics, with Alexandra Miro it's aesthetics and quality.
Highly recommend, and piece came in a few days. I feel so good in these pieces and will def be shopping here again.

Slow customer service

Sizing wise very large, I expected much more for the cost … I returned 2 orders, these were received 5 working days ago and I am waiting patiently for me refund … 🫤 if you could possibly action my refunds, I have emailed you twice with no response

Ordered a bikini 2 weeks ago

Ordered a bikini 2 weeks ago ! No communication from them. Shop!!! Says my order has been in transit at Royal Mail Horley since 8 July ! I paid for next day delivery ? Tried to email several times and nothing . No contact number !! I’m really worried Ive lost my money!
Really not sure what to do next and they are so expensive ! I expected so much better than this . Only alternative is to try and cancel the payment . Hopefully that can be done as it’s a lot of money and AM don’t respond or help , just ignore all communication. Royal Mail is an automated service and even with the tracking number my bikini hasn’t moved from its location in 2 weeks!! That’s not worth the delivery cost . Sadly I won’t have it on time if it ever arrives .

Very cheap fabric and horrible quality

Placed a few orders from this company for my upcoming holiday. The quality is awful, this is the second order I’ve placed and the quality of the garment is shocking. The fabrication looks awful and you have to pay for refunds! One of the worst swimsuit companies I have ever purchased from. Be careful when purchasing from here.

Do not order from this company. It costs $100 to return.

They should REALLY let you know this before you buy a $150 swimsuit. I would never have purchased anything from this company.

"Extremely Disappointed with Alexandra Miro"

I am absolutely dissatisfied with Alexandra Miro Online Shop. It is unacceptable for a company in this price range to have no customer hotline. They do not respond to emails. They simply do not care, and this is absolutely not okay. Terrible customer service is a reason never to shop there again. I cannot put into words how disappointed I am.

Very pleased with the product

I recently purchased a swimsuit for my girlfriend, and I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the product.

The website is intuitive and easy to navigate, with high-resolution images and detailed descriptions. I chose the "Kiki" model in black, and the size guide was very helpful in finding the perfect fit. My girlfriend immediately felt comfortable and confident.

I will definitely make more purchases in the future.

❗️returns from Europe❗️are a big disaster. I've ordered from AM several times and have kept everything so far. My last order included a skirt that was cut much smaller than the skirts I've bought from her before. So I had to send it back with the matching blouse. As I often order from the UK (Net-a-Porter, Revolve etc.) and there was always a returnable, in the parcels, I naturally thought that this would also be the case with such a renowned company as AM. Unfortunately, I then realized that I had to arrange the return myself. I also had to insure the parcel, as AM would otherwise not provide a guarantee if the parcel was lost. There was no reply to any of my emails. The telephone number given in the return policy does not exist❌. It took more than an hour to order a return shipment. Now I have to pay more than 100€. What a bad customer service. I hope that I will ever get the 800€ back. Every cheap China mail order company works more customer-oriented. I will never order anything again

I ordered online not knowing they…

I ordered online not knowing they didn’t offer free returns. I tried shipping back and I’m being charged $250 from the shipping company. I have sent several emails asking to please help me with the shipping process and I will cover the cost with the uk.intel company they use. But I have gotten no response.

Do not order from them!!!!! They are not accept my return!!!! I sent it back in time!!!!
The day i receive my swimsuit i tried it ones and it was small and the next day i imidietly sent it back to them!
The deliver company called me they will send it back to me and top of it i have to pay tax also they way back!!!!!!!!! Discusting company!!!!!!!!
And they never answer my emails!!!!!

I had the most incredible customer experience with this brand! I placed a last minute order for a dress for my honeymoon and they made sure it was delivered to me in time. Gloria who assisted me was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make sure I received my dress before leaving. My order has been delivered in time for my honeymoon and the dress is beautiful. I will be shopping with this brand again!
