I recently purchased some dumbells, they came with black marks on them and I was billed for what I had ordered but I did not receive the amount I had asked for. I contacted Alimed a couple of times about this and they said they would get back to me and I have not heard anything. we ordered these dumbells because we needed them and unable to use until we hear how to proceed

I ordered gait belts
I ordered gait belts, which I was lead to believe they would shipped immediately in good faith. I had placed a larger order a while back ago and we got the product almost overnight and was very delighted. I had to inquire again where was my order was this time only to be told they would have to research it, and then to be informed it would be delayed sometime. I am very aware of COVID-19 impact since I deal with several vendors weekly being the senior buyer at our facility. I feel AliMed should have reached out to me about the delay immediately when they were aware of the delay. Please be thoughtful of all your customers regardless of the dollar amount of their orders.

I had order something from the site
I had order something from the site. It was IR thermometers. When I had called to find out about the status of them I was told they were coming and they were no longer selling them on their site because the manufacture couldn't keep with the high volume coming in.Then a few weeks later I get an email stating that my order is cancelled due to the fact they don't know when I would have gotten my order. Just not happy that I was told I was going to be able to get something I had been Looking for and find out that they will no longer filling the order, and now I have to try to find an item like that some wheres else.

Horrible, Uncaring Customer Service
Horrible, uncaring company. Tired to ask a question about an expensive product and and finally got an email from a "Kylie" telling me that I had to have my physical therapist call them! Honestly, if Alimed doesn't want to sell to patients then take your website down and only sell wholesale. Further, her answer was uncaring, almost like she enjoyed passing me off. Thanks, Kylie, for making my day as a disabled person just that more difficult.

I've been an OTR now for 20 years
I've been an OTR now for 20 years, I have used many, many splinting materials from different vendors over the years in the 10s of thousands of dollars. I recently needed a hand splint for one of my patients at an ALF. I went on line and purchased a resting hand splint on my own dime from Alimed.
I ordered the splint based on the measurement chart on the website.
Problem one it took more than a week (around 10 days) for them to even ship the splint. When it finally did arrive like 3 weeks later it was too big.
I repackaged the splint and called Alimed for a return label. This took 3 phone calls over a period of 3 weeks.
They told me 5 to 15 days for an emailed return number.
Finally they emailed me a number with return instructions for credit and a 20% restocking fee. Really... who in there right mind would ever do business with these guys.
Your business model is simply aweful.
If there was away of giving you a negative 5 star I would give you that.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I will not be using your company again. I purchased a pair of candy cane gel pads. There was nothing in the description either on line or in the catalog that would lead me to believe that they would not fit the candy canes I ordered at the same time. They didn't fit. So when I try to return...guess what? Wont let me return them because they were opened...how in the world would I know they didn't fit if I didn't OPEN them? Called several times, asked for a supervisor. No one called back. Finally got a "supervisor" who asked how I got her name? What? She wasn't very helpful either and said she had to fill out a form but doubted I would get a refund. Then stupid me, I ordered a different "pair" of gel pads and guess what? They only sent me ONE pad! When I called about this I got a run around as well and was told they would call back in a few hours....its now be 48 hours. I am done. I have done business with you for my surgery center in the past, but never again. I don't know what has happened to you all but Im not taking a chance again.

I placed an order online for Metatarsal…
I placed an order online for Metatarsal Deluxe pads. Alimed charged $10. to ship the $27. order. The order was delivered to the wrong address. Since it could not be delivered it was sent back to Alimed. They charged me a $10 restocking charge. When I called to inquire about the order Chris from AliMed sounded to me as though he was annoyed with my call. He said the error was on my part. I ordered online and entered the wrong delivery address. He said I would have to reorder the merchandise; costing another $10 delivery charge. Which means my $27 dollar order would cost by the time everything was said and done $30 to deliver. I am confused how it could have been my fault since the order paperwork came to the right address. Beware ordering from this company.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I placed my order. No update, no reply for weeks.
I emailed to the company several times. No reply, no update.
Until I wrote a review here, boom! They replied in just a few hours! Amazing right?
The customer service team asked me to give them my email and order number. I replied to them immediately.
Guess what happened next? Yes, still no reply and no update! That’s how this company does to its customers!
You paid them for the products, but they won’t give you anything. Careful! If you asked for return, they would charge you 20%!
Go find another supplier if you can!
