Avoid at all costs!

Item took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did it was defective.

These guys sent me a defective £600 wheel, it had a crack in the inner side, they even admitted that they didn’t check and/or care that this happened. That could’ve resulted in a fatal accident. Supposedly these are checked at their warehouse, but clearly aren’t. Horrendous.

The dispute was raised at the time BEFORE the wheel was received m, as they dragged their heels to send a replacement. Bunch of joeys, a two man band running a business.

I had great experience with Tony from Alloy Wheels Direct. I needed winter tires and wheel set for g80 M3 and wanted to get 829M wheels. Unfortunately those were discontinued, but Tony was great to offer several suggestions to build your own wheels/tires set. Very knowledgeable and helpful, constant communication. Wheels were shipped quickly and arrived within a week. When I need wheels/tires next, Alloys Wheels Direct would be my first choice.

Outstanding service from Tony at Alloy wheels. I received an exact OEM replacement wheel for my 2025 BMW 540i. It arrived very quickly in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use them again. Also the price I paid was the lowest of any source I checked and a lot lower than my local BMW dealership. Thanks Tony!

The Alloy wheels on my 2008 Mercedes E Class were looking very tired and very hard to keep clean letting down the look of the rest of the car, I then found Alloy Wheels Direct. Unfortunately every wheel I liked was unavailable, this is because I have 16ins 7.5 wheels and 225/16 tyres, not long after my car was made Mercedes moved onto 17 and 18ins wheels. I eventually decided to go for steel wheels which were available and use wheel trims. Throughout this Tony in Sales really did pull out all the stops to try to keep me happy, when my wheels arrived today they are silver which is so much better than black which I was expecting. Having spent many years in motor trade management before retiring I really didn't think this kind of service was still out there. Thank you Tony for all your help.

Called to ask about a wheel and although Tony couldn't help me himself he stayed on the line and was happy to have a look at a picture to help me sort this elsewhere. Superb service and would use again for sure!

And their customer service has been 5 star. I don't know a lot about cars and alloy fittings etc but Chris led me patiently through every stage of choosing the right fit.

Excellent service. Exceeded my expectations. Ordered a few days ago. Rims and tyres received very well protected and handled with care.

Website has an awful layout, I’m trying to buy alphards and it’s asking for the the model of a car and when I put in my car it’s saying it won’t fit, even though it literally would… and it’s not as easy as click & order, not a good way to have you’re site, also the company looks dodgy if I’m being honest, doesn’t seem legit, maybe I’m wrong on it being legit.

From the initial enquiry through to the completion of installation, the advice and service from Tony was excellent - very responsive. Really pleased with the genuine OEM wheels, had a great selection of tyres and accessories too. Price was good too. Would recommend.

This was the most straightforward and simple process for sourcing very hard to find wheels in the US. The wheels and tires came as pictured, brand new and ready to install. The shipping speed was the most impressive, they arrived in a matter of days from leaving Germany.

5* experience with Alloy Wheels Direct. Found what we liked on the website, phoned the company and spoke to Tony the sales manager. Tony if very helpful and knowledgeable. We placed our order for 4 wheels with tires fitted. Tony advised us that it could take 2-3 weeks for the order to reach us. 2 weeks to the day (almost the hour) 4 wheels & tyres arrived via a very polite and helpful UPS driver.
