The delivery team were professional, friendly, and respectful (they automatically took their shoes off). 18/02/26. They gave comprehensive information (verbally) on how to care for the sofa (rotating cushions etc.), and when to expect the Care Policy paperwork that I had also taken out ( it covers damage by pets too).

In store 23/12/25, the lady in the office continually tried to address me as and type in my title as Mrs, just assuming, though it is not.

I did feel patronised (not by Harry, but the salesman who served me in his absence), when I was calculating in my head the fast numbers of original price with a voucher discount and care package - the salesman actually said, "come on, it's very simple...". My instinct was to walk away, but I had searched for a long time to find a sofa to fit the space in our home, and a friend had recommended Annetts, and she was very happy with her purchase and service.

We travelled to Annetts from Cardiff as a family member had a previous positive experience. The sales advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable, and allow you to look around the store without hassling you (as is the case in large chain sofa stores). The delivery team was excellent and delivered our sofas with care. The free delivery to Cardiff was a bonus. We are very pleased so far with the comfort and quality of our sofas and would not hesitate to recommend.

I was looking for new bedroom furniture & visited a number of stores before I chose Annetts. I was very pleased with the design & quality. Also Gareth was very helpful in helping us with our request & organising with the suppliers to have it all flat packed for ease up 2 flights of stairs. I would highly recommend Annetts for the quality product & their expertise & will definitely go there again.

Very relaxed, unpressured shopping experience browsing at Annetts. Gareth was very helpful in narrowing down the mattress I wanted. After purchase, the communication keeping me updated on delivery progress was very good and the delivery itself was excellent – very pleasant and helpful delivery guys. All in all – excellent.

The staff at Annettes are always extremely helpful...I had been in several times to look for furniture and Damian was very patient, and offered no pressure which is excellent in my view, nothing worse than staff following people about. Having being very stressed anyway with my husband being terminally ill, it was nice to be served with no pressure to buy. When my furniture was delivered at a date that was very convenient to me, the delivery men (sorry didn't get names) were very polite,jolly and very helpful...I love furniture from Annettes, it is always of good quality and reasonably priced

We visited the store back in December and dealt with Damien who was very knowledgeable and allowed us the time to try out the mattresses to find the most suitable one for us. Order through to delivery was professional and communication throughout was excellent. The mattress was delivered today and the 2 delivery men were polite and respectful of my house. 10 out of 10 and will be back soon to order a sofa. Thank you

From when I ordered my sofas the customer service was fantastic and Harry was fab. Even down to delivery was 5 star and the drivers. I will definitely be buying more from this gorgeous furniture shop. If you need a sofa or other furniture definitely come here

Annetts is a big and spacious store with a wide range of quality furniture, some of which is quite unique. Luckily we knew just what we wanted. Gareth Morgan was great, he helped us find it. Perfect assistance, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend Annetts.

We visited the store with a view to purchase a Stressless Chair, but not realising the differences and the different movements the chairs have. Thanks to Damian who was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the various chairs we felt confident to make a choice. A fabulous store, beautiful furniture only wish we had discovered it earlier.

Travelled from Worcester to visit Annetts and was greeted by Rob who told us we could wander around and call when we needed him.
We found a bed we liked and he explained it all clearly and precisely which enabled us to make our purchase.

Another super experience with what I regard as the best furniture store there is. Have purchased sofas, dining furniture and mattresses from Annetts over the years and, whenever we need something new, my wife and I will cast the net wide but always come back to Annetts. On this occasion, a refurbishment and room layout change meant that our two lounge sofas wouldn't quite work and a corner sofa was needed. We found the perfect fit,using a modular system, with the aid of Scott, who helped us enormously, from explaining the construction and sizing options through to loaning us a colour swatch folio overnight, so we could assure ourselves of the choice. Scott kept us informed of progress and delivery was spot on with that estimated. A couple of days after a convenient delivery date had been arranged, an issue at home meant I needed to move that date. Debbie was so helpful and there was absolutely no problem in rearranging its arrival. The delivery team were equally as professional and helpful. The sofa's desired position was confirmed and the guys made sure our hard floor was protected through the use of copious felt pads. Finally, once assembled and the electric recliners were tested, all the packaging was removed. Our new sofa is absolutely superb - just as the service from Annetts has been. Oh, and the two 10+ year old sofas we replaced, which were also purchased from Annetts - well, they are now in our son's and daughter-in-law's home looking as good as when they were new.
