The product came nice and neat with additional equipment. high quality product.

My first pair of Anrri glasses didn't work for me. Anrri offered to replace them without charge. The person working with me is gracious, thoughtful, and thorough. The second pair is working out well and I love my new style.

My first set of glasses I got I couldn’t even see out of so I gave them a little star rating and said this on my review of their process and product. I was very disappointed in them and I made sure they knew it.
Upon writing that review, I was contacted by them and they redid my glasses got them out to me to my new address in a different state and worked with me to make sure they were good enough that I could see out of and they fit good. I now give them a five star! They’re still reaching out to me to make sure everything is good with my glasses. They were quite pleasant to work with. They sent me out new glasses with a new prescription at no cost and upgraded my frames. Very happy with him.!!!!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and didn't realize it until the glasses arrived. Anrri staff help me reorder the correct glasses. I was able to keep the extra as well. The frames and lenses are exactly what I wanted.

Having the ability to customize the glasses to fit my needs is awesome. The packaging was secure and came with detail instructions. The case for the glasses are also cool. The glasses do a great job of blocking excessive lighting and they are also light weight. I am very satisfied with the purchase

The order was placed on Dec 1st. Today, Dec 23rd, it still has not been delivered to Portugal.

Great customer service. When a pair did not fit correctly they immediately sent out another to replace it. The pair I received fit well and are extremely lightweight.

Great classes & great customer service!! Shipping was a bit longer than anticipated, but I did get Rx glasses, so understandable.

Excellent product, it solved my 'screen eyes' irritation essentially instantly. I went for the tortoise shell option, haven't worn glasses in a long time as felt self-conscious, but these look really cool and stylish (according to my fiancée at least). I would also like to say that they have really quick and helpful customer service, with a really personal touch. Would recommend!

I am a forever fan of Anrri. I love that Anrri is a small business doing great work. They have worked hard, clearly, to provide excellence in their customer service, attention to detail, putting the customer first, and elegant design. What is perhaps the most important determinant for me in selecting my glasses is the quality of the glass. Without a doubt, it is the crystal clarity of the glass itself, combined with everything else, that will cause me to forever be an Anrri customer.
