I have used this firm twice now and have got positive results.I would definitely recommend them if you are a tenant and need results re disrepair that your council or housing association won’t take responsibility for

It tooks years and the council didn’t do anything to solve the damp and mold Antony Hodari solicitors got all the damp and mold and repairs done brilliant work I recommend them to everyone who’s struggling to get there housing repairs done.

Using this solicitors is a no brainer, they communicated everything I need to understand,polite honest and a pleasure to work with. My experience of this company was quiet a bad joke in some aspects.
Mainly, I was phoned numerous times from their office - only to call back each time as they were away from their desk/on holiday, etc.
There are a number of agents in their office and it took weeks to have even one of them reply yo me yo 'cover' for the 'absent' one.
My biggest concern during my Disrepair case was that two unidentified young men.... we're outside my home... measuring up my windows.... I had been given zero notification from the Housing Ass.
I opened the door and addressed them so, ' Can I help you gentlemen'!?!
They had no lanyards/no I. D.
They wanted to come through my house and measure the back windows.... like yes... I was going to let them.... me being a single lady, made me feel very vulnerable.
Hodari's agents response?
'You must allow the contractors in'!?!
Also, the worst part of all their processs was : they kept using... the contractors... that they had recommended... that I DECLINE ¿¡¿¡
One 'cowboy' even nearly fell off the scaffolding to repoint a wall - as he didn't place the toeboards properly... grabbed a water pipe to his fall.. broke it... another Operative taped up the leak ¿¡¿
If there IS ONE REDEEMING feature of this whole circus - it is the GREAT job achieved by AXIS doing my double glazing. 👍💕

Overall, Hodari..... your company does not apply proper customer care - and are only mainly concerned in taking their cut of our compensation.
Shame on them.

They handle everything without no hustle and very straightforward.. I will definitely recommend them ..

Had a disrepair claim with these guys and from start to finish took a few months and was very happy with the result. Very professional will recommend.

So far I've had a good service from the firm. My case partly concluded but there were still a few outstanding issues to deal with. Eg. Landlord not completing work. The firm have been great in following up with this and getting my landlord to now start the process.
