Dawn Henderson made what would've otherwise been a complex and stressful situation extremely steamlined. She was a wonderful help with acquiring our first mortgage when we were otherwise clueless! Fantastic communication by Ethan at every stage, keeping me up to date with every development. Surveyor was very thirough when checking the disrepair. And they went after my landlord on my behalf in a nice, no-nonsense manner, demanding compensation on my behalf. Many thanks. I highly recommend this company if you're dealing with landlords who don't care about tenants' living conditions. This flat is riddled with mould, damp, stinking toilet, and broken windows. Landlord did nothing until these lawyers stepped in.

This is a review for true solicitors, I first became involved with these solicitors following a negligent claim from the hospital that removed a wrong bone in my hand. I researched many solicitors before settling with this one but admit when I first read the reviews I was rather sceptical as they were so good but they proved to be accurate.

The solistor operated under the no win no fee claim so I felt that I had nothing to loose and that decision definitely proved to be the best decision for me.
The process while lengthy it was worthwhile, the solistor was always at hand if I had additional comments or questions. The solistor talked me through the process from beginning to end, they sent detailed reports and fully understand what this operation going wrong meant for me both mentally and physically and they did everything to help me get the best possible outcome.

I was asked to attend a few external appointments to ensure they had evidence they needed to prove my case, I filled in many documents and had calls but it was a very simple process overall. The solistor was caring and supportive towards me and my situation.

I couldn’t fault the service I received I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to use the services of the solistor.

When my claim was finalised the solicitor offered advice and offered to put me in contact with finical advice so I could get advice from them.

I couldn’t praise Stephen enough he definitely provided the best service, he was truly on my side, supportive, knowledgeable and through throughout.

Having had a car an accident the other party admitted liability and paid for the repairs to my car, however they disputed the cost of car hire and wouldn’t pay this. This meant it had to go to Court. Having never been through anything like this before, the whole thing was quite daunting for me. Emma and her team at True explained everything and kept me informed along the way. They chased my insurance company for extra details and produced all the documents and witness statements for me. Thankfully all was resolved before the Court date. Thank you Emma.
