I am a broker & we just today completed on a deal for our client using Apex. I cannot praise them enough for all they do. Catherine was our lead on this but we also had the pleasure or working with Katie. Both were so quick to help with any queries, made themselves available and helped build a strong trusting relationship with the borrower. We look forward to working with them again soon

Dealing with Apex has been a very pleasant experience, Sarah Barker as lead underwriter on the case has been great with communication and liaising directly with myself and the end client. The team has also been brilliant especially when Sarah was on annual leave. The product and service provided ensure I will return with the right case without hesitation.

Sarah Barker has been very responsive and helpful in getting my purchase over the line. I am using Bridge finance with Apex, to carry out renovation work on a residential property.

Sarah and the team were fantastic throughout, which enabled us to complete on an auction purchase a week before the required deadline. They also offer lending based on FMV rather than the purchase price which was vital in my clients securing the property.

This is the first time I have you Bridging Finance, I was put in touch with them by my Mortgage Brookers as my latest property purchase was not fitting with the conventional purchase method. I had a zoom call to start with, which was not as frightening as I had made it out to be in my mind, it was more who are you, what are you trying to achieve and how can we help you. My case Handler( Underwriter) was a lady called Catherine Pietersen and I can not thank her and the rest of the staff at Apex enough. She constantly kept me up to date on the progress via telephone and e mail. Twice when i thought my purchase had hit a brick wall and would not complete, like a guiding star she was able to find answers and ways to get my purchase over the line. I have been so amazed start to finish with the service provided by Catherine on a bridging loan application we have completed on today. Being a packager we deal with many lenders and i have to say i have thoroughly enjoyed the service received. i knew what was happening and when throughout and was very much kept in the loop. This is was my first time using bridging finance with Apex and Catherine Pietersen was the person I dealt with.

Went through the process and found Catherine to very helpful. I have amended my original comments after Sarah contacted me with an issue I had. We went through the timescale of my original contract and I was mistaken on issues I had. She was very professional in dealing with this.

If the figures stack up to use bridging again I will definitely use Apex Bridging again. Catherine and Sarah were very professional in every part of the contract and any issues I had when I emailed Catherine was dealt with professionally and quickly.

Very personable team - Katie and Amy were lovely and very professional. Do find some of the evidence needed quite laborious to supply but do understand the need for this due diligence.
