Apexbridging Reviews 

A client of mine, was facing the abyss of auction hell, and the financial armageddon that comes with not completing on time. In order to remedy this I went hunting for alternative lenders and contacted Apex. Prior to this, I had never spoken or worked with them.
Information was sent and reveiwed and I was told they were happy to lend. All sounded very straight forward and could be done in a timely manner. Happy days.......or so I thought.

Then the bombshell! My clients solicitor reveals that a notice to complete had been served and that the deal must complete by Thursday. I spoke with Catherine (Carslberg dont do underwriters, but if they did...) on Tuesday lunchtime, who told me they couldnt guarantee this completing as there had been no survey and solicitors for the lender had not yet been instructed. I wasnt bothered they couldnt guarantee it would complete, what did interest me was that when i asked the question "can you guarantee your company and solicitor will do everything they can to get it to complete?", the answer was "yes!"

If you would ever like an example of "under promise and over deliver" than I suggest you speak to Apex. Everybody got involved, Underwriters, BDM's, The MD, for those of you old enough to remember it was like the A-Team going to war! It felt like my case was the only one being worked on. The level of communication was outstanding and the patience and understanding of the people within the company was like nothing I have ever experienced before.

Wednesday night came, and silence fell as all the work had been completed. All that was left was for the signed originals from my client to arrive at the lenders solicitors and the monies would be released. The hard yards had been done, we could all relax.

Until we found out at 11am Thursday that completion had to be by 1pm at the latest, and the signed originals had not been delivered. Then we found out the originals hadnt even been posted! Once again, the Apex war machine swung into action to find solutions, and at 1pm, and exactly 48 hours after I asked if it could be done, we had gone from impossible to completion.

Thanks to the efforts of Apex my client bought a property instead of losing a small fortune. I cant praise them highly enough, they are approachable, industrious and obviously brilliant at what they do. They will now always be my first lender of choice, and if your reading this, then I suggest you make them yours.

Sarah and the team were superb. They delivered everything they said they would deliver in the timescales they promised.
