Ordered a dress nearly four weeks ago. I had no follow up email to say the dress was shipped. I emailed for follow ups but no reply. When I contacted them via Instagram, it took a whole week of going back and forth to receive a solution. I'm still waiting for a tracking number and my parcel to arrive.

The WORST company. Don’t order from them you will never see your parcel. And they don’t reply back to emails either .

**EDIT** - DESPITE THE RESPONSE BELOW THEY HAVE FAILED, YET AGAIN TO REPLY TO MY EMAIL AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!!!

Avoid this shocking company at all costs! Returned my order as it turned up faulty, but still no return of my money 3 months on. Sent numerous emails but you just get ignored as they don't seem to like giving people their hard earnt money back. Scammers.

I would give them no stars if I could! Placed an order with them 2 months ago and never received it. Ignored all my emails. I have had to contact my bank to claim my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM!

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to order however I did and can only say great things. My items came the next day and I didn't even purchase next day delivery. The quality of my dresses were amazing and I kept 2 but returned 1 as it was slightly too big. I even had a follow up email from the company asking how my experience was!

Don’t order from this company unless you’re prepared to lose your money if things don’t fit. I ordered a jumpsuit from here and it was nice but it was too small, the online return policy offered an exchange option so I opted for this and requested a larger size and had to pay about £5 postage to send the item back. The exchanged arrived and they’d sent me an even smaller size, so I couldn’t remotely wear it. I contacted customer services via email multiple times and also tried to message them on their online chat server, all of which was completely ignored. Their returns portal doesn’t let you return items after an exchange so I am left with a tiny item that I can’t wear and no option of a refund.

I entered to leave a review about them, and when I saw the other reviews I realized that I lost my money, I did not receive any information about the track number, DHL Express was chosen, which should it arrives in 5 days maximum, it's already been a week and no information, I wrote them an email saying that I don't have a track number and I asked what's wrong with my order, to which they ask me what the track number is, I sent them picture that I only received a confirmation email, and moreover no one answers me, neither on the chat on their website nor on Instagram, how is this possible? Maybe call the police

The UK Law states: You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel.

Whereas Ariacove messaged my after several days of return initiation that: Sale items are non refundable.

Encourage everyone to report their practices to Trading Standards, you need to contact the Citizens Advice consumer service.

Same as the other reviews. No contact after me requesting return info. Emailed 3 times in space of 2 weeks and nothing. I had an initial email rejecting my request for refund as the item was too small. Since then I’ve emailed asking for credit on amount and info on how to return to no avail. Would not buy again. Would not recommend. Disgusting customer service in this day and age. Shouldn’t be able to get away with it.

I ordered a few items with standard shipping and they all arrived the next day! Everything was stunning and an amazing fit. Would definitely recommend.

Waiting weeks on a refund won’t even reply to my emails absolute disgrace that they get away with this . Don’t buy from this site

Couldn’t agree more with the below reviews.
Quality was awful, customer service was even worse, sizing of clothes were laughable.
If you’re going to order from them, order from the small collection on ASOS because you then may receive a refund in time.
Contacted customer service to request a refund, took weeks for them to get back to me, my parcel was then sent back, didn’t hear from them until I contacted customer services 4-5 times!! The parcel had been delivered to them in May and they didn’t reply until late June to issue me my refund - which they said can take up to 14 working days. Money was received (obviously) later than this.

They must be paying influencers big money to be able to get them to wear their clothes because otherwise this business wouldn’t be as popular as it is.

Save your money girls :)

Have to agree with other reviews. Very poor service no response to any form of communication for weeks and weeks despite posting daily on Instagram. When a response was issued no apology. Would not purchase again or recommend.

Ordered a dress and paid nx day delivery. Dress eventually arrived late and was the wrong item. Sent numerous emails requesting information so that i could return the wrong dress. Messaged on instagram- no joy. Eventually received an address to return the dress but no other information. Dubious that I’ll even get a refund. Absolutely shocking company!

Worst brand ever, I ordered a bikini from them and month a go and there’s no information of it even being shipped. I tried emailing them multiple times and message them on Instagram and no response even though they were post stories on their page. Don’t buy anything from their website it’s a scam and you’ll lose money!

The worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered my dress over a month ago, still no order arrived.

I chased this everyday - by email, through Instagram, their online website chat - they do NOT answer you.

I finally had a reply through Instagram, they told me it would shipped out Friday, this then changed to Monday when Friday arrived.

When that day arrived, I messaged and was told it would be sent ‘mid week’.

Scam of a company who promote their clothing through models and influencers from Love Island. Avoid at all costs

Do not buy from this brand they will not let you return and will not respond to you at all

Ordered the MARGOT set.
Excellent customer service (they confirmed my address before shipping) and received my order way faster than expected. The dress itself is gorgeous and very high quality. Worth every penny! Thanks again and will be ordering again after the next restock

I placed an order for a couple of products after hearing great reviews from friends.
My order arrived within the timeframe and were package beautifully.
The fit and quality was perfect. I can’t wait to place another order!

Terrible website, almost unthinkable that this is a brand distributed on ASOS.
Before placing the order you get immediate answers to all your questions. Once you complete the order and they have received the money, you are ignored on EVERY possible channel.
Girls please NEVER buy here and give your money to more decent brands like Zara.
