Goods initially arrive quickly but the process to return for an exchange has been painful and yet unresolved. Customer Service and communications are non existent it appears despite having an almost daily presence on Instagram. Do believe the other reviews and do not buy from this company.

Don't order from this company. They are a scam!! They will not process your return! They also deliver your order whenever they feel like it, they delivered my order 5 days after I ordered and paid for next day delivery. AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVIOD. I returned my items however have not received a refund. I've tried every way of contacting them and I can not get a response.

Shameful company with really poor quality clothing.

Absolute vile company. DO NOT order from here. Sending out faulty items and when you return them they ignore every single email and don’t respond to you or refund you. Now taking legal action against this company.

Awful company in every sense. Clothing is overpriced, 7 day returns policy which you have to apply for and they don’t reply and they don’t refund you !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Returned my item over a month ago and never got the refund, AWFUL!!!

Ordered a dress which was really poor quality. To get a refund you have to email them first to get it accepted. Refunds are done within a week (I think) . How funny that they accept the refund close to the week ending so you can’t send it back. Anyway I paid guaranteed delivery so it was delivered in time to get the refund. This was weeks ago. Emailed twice and no response . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have never come across such a bad company.
Ordered a £55 dress that is actually not worth the money at all. Wanted to return so tried to process but wouldn't let me click. Tried to email, message on Instagram, Facebook, everything with no reply. I had to get my money back from PayPal.
I have NO IDEA how this company have managed to be able to sell off ASOS due to their customer service & quality of clothes, absolutely awful.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! I purchased a dress via the website but luckily checked out with Klarna. They didn’t update the Klarna app when the dress had arrived with me. The policy to return is 7 days. They didn’t respond to me to give me the address until after! I posted back as soon as. But then a month later they had the cheek to update the klarna for me to pay when I had posted back to them! Imagine if I paid our straight and not through Klarna. Id be charged for a dress I don’t even have anymore. Even when I struggled to get hold of the address, klarna luckily gave me the owner’s email address of which I was ignored too. The communication with this shop is awful. Don’t buy

Don’t order from them! Pretty little thing quality for double the price, literally paid over £50 for a dress that had threads coming off and was as thin as a piece of paper. Told them that I would be returning because it was a faulty item, never received a reply so I just went ahead and returned the item anyway as I only had 7 days to return (isn’t it the law that you can return within 14 days? But anyway…). Sent my return, thought it would take no time as I live in Liverpool where they’re based. A month later and about 10 messages, on the website, DM, and email, I still don’t have a refund. They said they would be “checking it” 4 days ago and have been reading and ignoring my DMs since.

Now having to sit on the phone to my credit card provider for 20 minutes trying to make a claim to get my money back! Don’t order from them, not worth the hassle.

Thought i would order a dress from this site as I have seen many nice items of theirs on ASOS. What a big mistake that was!! I have been trying to return the dress for over 2 weeks and been patiently waiting for the return to be approved! After reading the reviews below I can now see this site is a scam website!! I will be now getting in touch with PayPal to get my £68 back for a dress that was way to small. Their sizing is ridiculous! Would never ever order again from here.

Absolutely awful customer service, ordered a dress from here and it came smelling like someone’s washing powder, paper tags attached, worn off writing on the tag that’s stitched inside, marks all over it. Obviously someone has owned this and had a wear out of it and returned it god knows how they thought it was acceptable to send this to me. ALSO it was no where near a size 10. There was no size on the dress inside so god only knows how the person packing the item could tell it was a “10” quite clearly anyway as it was more a size 6!!! The whole returning fiasco is a joke as well, NEVER buy from this company !!!!!

The customer service is so terrible.
They do not reply by email or on the store chat.
I have been waiting a month since my item was returned to them, for a refund.
They reply when they feel like it and avoid giving refunds.
Do not buy anything from here, it is terrible.

This site doesn't deserve even one star. I ordered a dress on November 2021, and to this day, it has never arrived and customer service never replied. They sent me a "shipping notification", but it didn't include any tracking number. I waited patiently but the dress didn't arrive.

I contacted their customer service. Contact information is not visible on their website, I replied to order confirmation email since it said that it's possible to contact them that way. I never got any reply. They had a chat option on their website, but it provided only a single automated reply that claimed my order was "fulfilled". I commented and messaged politely on their Instagram page, asking them to please reply to my email about my order. I never got any reply, and they deleted my comments.

The dress never arrived and it was already January (promised shipping time within EU was supposed to be 3-5 days). So I had no other option than to try to get my money back from PayPal buyer's protection, and luckily they finally solved the case favoring me and I got my money back. But I could have lost all the money if I wouldn't have paid via PayPal. This site smells like a scam. AVOID!!

Only 7 days to return even with covid and Christmas period. Won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed

7 day returns policy, I had to isolate so obviously couldn’t return the item within the 7 days. Emailed to ask was there a covid 19 policy put in place that would allow an extended returns windows for anyone who had to isolate etc as 7 days isn’t a lot of time to return an item in the 1st place. Any ways I was told no exchange only. Not happy.
