Seamless experience and incredible image quality!…

I’ve been using Art Gen AI for a couple of weeks now to generate concept art from text prompts, and the results are stunning. What I appreciate just as much as the tech is how user-friendly the platform is—even managing my subscriptions was easy and straightforward, with no hidden loops to jump through. Highly recommend!

Same deal - bait and switch subscription site

Same deal - charged 2.99 and then 30 dollars on card. Incredibly difficult unsubscribe process. No refunds and after you cancel you lose your credits.

-edited to respond to the ridiculous "response" from this company to my original review. I was not "confused" any more than the other reviewers. The only thing confusing is your unsubscribe process which is obviously designed to be confusing to ensure follow on charging. 16 click throughs and buried options is "a plan" but it is not a customer friendly or consumer friendly "plan". Silly AI generated "we care" responses to the weight and substance of these reviews speak volumes about your operation. I will be watching my card, if you charge it again, I will sue you here in Texas for fraud.

You can’t cancel the subscription

You can’t cancel the subscription , they continue to try and charge you. I can’t find any way to cancel I used apple wallet . Horrible website , will never recommend it ! They should be blocked permanently

Ignore the 5 star reviews. This is a scam website that does not allow you to cancel your subscription once you have given them your payment details.

Avoid like the plague.

Very poor service they charge you yo cancel subscription they WON'T even give you the option to do so on their website.please return al of l my money. I didn't use the service at all! Will be reporting this company to the BBB@

No longer need

I had to cancel because I no longer needed this. These days, you hear so many stories about companies that don’t respond, they overcharge, or provide poor customer service. This was not the case with this company. Their prompt and professional reply was truly appreciated. I definitely recommend this company to others. Art gen had excellent speedy service!

You have to make an account and sign up…

You have to make an account and sign up for a subscription to do anything. Yes the website technically did work for the one thing I needed it to do but automatically signed me up for a weekly 30$ subscription and there is no joke, no way to cancel your subscription on the site. And if you email the support team they will never get back to you. I had to put a stop pay and get a new debit card. I also forgot to mention that I purchased “coins” or whatever to generate a video and then it failed and said I’d be refunded the coins to try again, how ever after checking several days I never got the coins back. I would just like a complete refund

Weekly charges with no way to cancel

Can't see plan details or cancel subscription. Also can't see or remove card details. However, weekly card payment still being deducted. Have emailed support 3 times and still haven't had a response. Now have to cancel card.

nice site but i do not need my subscription anymore and i can't seem to be able to cancel it. i would have loved if the company would reach out to me so that i can cancel the plan or figure out which plan i do need but it is extremely frustrating that i can not cancel!

Scam. Stay away.
So it’s even worse than I thought. They will reply to your review and provide you with a refund, but do not look for it anywhere on their site to function properly. then they will say that there’s defaming or illegal content in your review. Stay away from all these red flags

Tried to cancel several times

Tried to cancel several times. got an error message. Tried deleting account, claims it was deleted but was able to log right back in. Sent customer service an email about it. Probably will have to have bank deal with it based on what I'm seeing in these other review.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Art-Gen AI. The subscription cancellation process is extremely difficult to find and confusing to complete. I clicked unsubscribe/cancel, but my credit card was still charged afterward.

This feels misleading and frustrating. Customer support has not been helpful, and users should be careful before signing up. A company should make it simple to cancel a subscription and stop billing immediately.

I have already reported this issue to the FTC and Google Safe Browsing for investigation because the subscription terms and cancellation process are not clearly explained or easy to understand.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Can't get unsubscribed (after more than 17 weeks)

(1) I had subscribed with the *weekly* payment. Using art-gen for only one day, I decided art-gen was not what I was needing & that I wanted to cancel my subscription. With the website lacking a "cancel" button, I emailed art-gen.ai instructing them to cancel my subscription & to delete my credit card details.
(2) The next day (Jan 13, 2026) I received an email from art-gen saying they had unsubscribed me.
(3) The next week, I was charged again, & they have continued billing me every week up to & including this week (May 14, 2026).
(4) My bank informs me that--since payment is made by a credit card rather than a check--they are not able to block any charges, that my only remedy is to cancel my card & get a new one; that would require me to contact everyone with whom I have an auto-bill payment to inform them of the new card. What a headache & a hassle.
(5) I've emailed art-gen more than once about this, but presently, I'm still stuck and I've been charged (17 weeks x $7/wk = $119) for using art-gen.ai ONE DAY before I started trying to cancel.

IN REPLY TO ART-GEN'S RESPONSE: You (Art-Gen) tell almost every customer who has posted a complaint, that your service team is always quick to resolve things, so you assume our situations have already been resolved by the time our reviews appear here on Trust Pilot. HERE IS MY MESSAGE TO YOU: "You assume WAY too much." (1) My complaint against you was NOT resolved by the time my review appeared here on Trust Pilot, (2) my account is STILL being charged, and (3) you have made NO *SINCERE* attempt to resolve my complaint. Therefore, based on (1) MY experience with you, (2) based on what so many OTHER people are saying here on Trust Pilot based on THEIR own experiences with you, and (3) based on what so many other people are saying on REDDIT based on their own experiences with you, I am seriously convinced that only an exceedingly few people have ever been satisfactorily cared for by your team regarding unsubscribing from your so-called "service." MY MESSAGE TO ALL OTHER PEOPLE READING THIS: in my opinion--if you're considering doing business with Art-Gen-- F O R Y O U R O W N G O O D & Y O U R O W N P E A C E O F M I N D -- be wise and do not have ANYTHING to do with Art-Gen. it's okay

it's okay. could use improvement, but support was good about helping me.
i had issues with uploading bigger pictures but otherwise the service was solid. it is just annoying that there is no perfect service yet.

Dodgy subscription cancellation option

I cancelled my subscription but was still charged. Subscription cancellation option is very dodgy. It's almost like it was designed not to be found. No option to speak to an agent. I really want my refund

I used my card and entered my email…

I used my card and entered my email password. After the amount is collected and every month the subscription is charged but i am unable to use or get credits . Sent an email to cancel but no response or acknowledgement

I was extremely disappointed with both…

I was extremely disappointed with both the system and the communication from Art Gen. Firstly I had actually been looking at Runway Ai subscription, and then been thrown onto Art Gen, I thought I was paying for Runway...I realised my mistake with the first hour, I actual thought I ,must be on their trial page as I was confused with the whole coin system. I did one short video trial to see how it worked, tried one more at which point their system crashed and took the coins, I hadn't realised and tried refreshing, which then meant that the system had cleverly taken the 250 credits it required to then mean I wouldn't qualify for a full refund. So I literaly payed $43 for an 8-second trial video. I emailed their customer service with two hours of signing to cancel, and they said I would only qualify for half my refund!!! What a scam, even after I explained, they have not replied to my email, and its been 6 days now! I will NOT be recommending their services and I would advise to avoid at all costs...BECAUSE IT REALLY DOES COST YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
