Art.com prints have great strong effect and unique colors that create an authentic impression, I like them. We have five.

I ordered at a time when they were having severe problems getting orders fulfilled. My order was originally two weeks late and then it was wrong. Customer service was very good and got the reorder underway right away. However it took several more weeks to receive the corrected item. The picture is great but I don't think I'd use art.com again.

The art print was beautifully made, beautiful colors on very high quality paper. Delivered quickly.

Incredibly poor customer service. Had issues with the order for three months, both in production, framing, shipping, online status, and all the promises made by customer service and corrections to the order did not actually occur. They were dishonest and marked the order as shipped when they confirmed it had not ever been in production. The situation ended with customer service canceled the order with no communication to me. I had to call back and no resolution given other than sorry. Shameful service and dishonest responses from customer service throughout all phases of trying to get this resolved.

The print is beautiful!!! The process was easy to navigate online.

Framed pictures were showing being sent out for delivery

The artwork arrived a month after it was supposed to--allegedly because of warehouse issues. I received a discount on the price due to the delays.

The art is beautiful. The shipment was delayed by a lot without any communication to me. Also it was packed in a ridiculous amount of cardboard that is both wasteful and hard to break down for recycling. But I am happy with the art.

The company did fine! However, I can’t say I like my choices (pictures & frames). It’s hard to really visualize how the finished product will look in your home. I currently have a picture with white matting & black frame, so I ordered the same for 2 more pictures. The pictures are too dark and just don’t look good with black frames.

Dont believe anything on their website. They lied about process & shipping timing. Still waiting after over a month and no response from customer service.

Beautiful print on canvas. True color. Well framed. Very pleased.

I ordered two framed prints. After three weeks with no shipping notice or other update, I called. I was lied to and told they were shipping the next day. After another week I called and the rep acknowleged that the previous rep had not told me the truth. I was told there was no way to verify when or even if an item was shipped. She offered to remove the shipping cost. Then I received an email saying I had to choose different frames than the ones I had originally ordered. After another week I received a notice that one of my items had been delivered, however it had not actually been delivered. I called 10 days later and was told that the item had been marked "shipped" in error, and that there was no information about the second item in my order. At this point it had been almost two months, and there was no way to get an accurate status of my order. I cancelled it. The reps were very polite, but they were unable to provide actual customer service. Terrible experience; there should be an option for zero stars.

Shipping took over a month, and my item was supposed to come framed and didn't. Never purchasing from this site again.

Great selection of beach scenes and quick delivery.

Missed three delivery deadlines. Was told to cancel the order after the third deadline was missed. They went ahead and shipped the order anyway.

If delivery date is important, DO NOT do business with this company.

Great products, great quality. Used it many times.

But my last order took 1 month to come in. And only after multiple calls on my part did they get around to shipping it.

Much better packaged this time. A lot of care was put into the packaging. Much appreciate that only because in the past I have had issues with that, but not at all this time. Thank you!
