Kept updated throughout
As an extreme introvert I tend to dread people coming to do work in the house and this time I was particularly anxious because my only toilet is the one in the bathroom. However it wasn't a problem. Jon, the fitter, was excellent - he minimised the amount of time the toilet would be disconnected for and always told me when he was about to disconnect it or to turn off the water. There were a couple of issues that cropped up; originally I was going to keep my existing toilet but because the old screws were rusted it would have been very difficult to remove without damaging it - I opted for a new toilet which is certainly easier to clean and I'm getting used to the new height. The old radiator also caused a few problems but Jon managed to find a work-around. He also refitted my towel hooks and relocated my bathroom cabinet. He also fixed my conservatory roof!
I tend to find it difficult to talk to people on the phone but I found Sharon to be very friendly and easy to talk to.
So thanks to Sharon and particularly to Jon.

Sharon the Customer Liason Officer was most helpful always chipper and cheerful, nothing was too much trouble for her and she has a sense of humour.Jack the installer was realy excellent a skilled craftsman for whom nothing was too much troble he always found a "work around" when faced with an unexpetced difficulty in the construction of our very old building.We did hit one glitch when the original fitter called off at the last minute which cost us a whole weeks non cancellable alternative accomodation when we retreated from our home in the week when the work was booked to be carried out ,ADVICE although the paperwork system of this compnay is excellent do read the estimate in great detail , i missed a zero when reading the spec of the flooring ! From the start everything was smooth. The staff in the office, specifically Rachel, was very helpful and kind. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and was not pushy at all. The surveyor, Craig was helpful and professional. Fitting day came and our fitter, Nick, was very polite, professional and hard working. He never hesitated to keep us in the loop and the finished bathroom, which is a walk in shower, new flooring, new toilet and basin, was fitted professionally and looks fabulous. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing assistive bathrooms.

This company is a very rare company…
This company is a very rare company that has a considerable amount of integrity and honesty. Today, Thursday 15th October, I had a visit from Darren to consider some future-proofing ideas for a Walk-in shower to replace my existing standard shower unit. On inspection, Darren was very honest and suggested I didn't need to replace my existing unit but modify it with some mobility aids like, a seat, a step up, a hand rail etc. Darren was very thorough with his ideas and proposals which made 100% sense. As things stand, I have decided to put things on hold and go back to the company when the time is right. It is extremely rare nowadays to meet an honest salesman with a lot of integrity. Thank you so much Darren for your time and honest opinion. I will touch base with your company again closer to the date of our needs. Sincere thanks John. Tavistock.

After reporting an issue with our…
After reporting an issue with our shower tray, with the team at Assisted Bathing Rachel organised a site visit with one of the install managers who promptly got in touch with the manufacturer.
The replacement process was amazing conducted even earlier than organised by Rachel with a brilliant installer named Samir as it meant a complete new shower install. Samir was polite and courteous arrived on time and was efficient.
As a qualified Engineer the efficient way it which our problem was dealt with in a timely manner we would strongly recommend Assisted Bathing in going forward.wonderful caring staff.

Very Satisfied Customer...
Once the initial contact was made for the demonstration things flowed very easily. The demo was very comfortable with no pressure from the representative. He was clear with what could be provided as well as helpful regarding and queries I had. The samples helped when making decisions too. Once I had Booked the Survey contact was made to ensure I was happy with things so far and to clarify the Date and time prior to his arrival.
My Fitter Scott was a really great Guy. He was polite and curtious at all times. He made things clear when he was proceeding with each stage so I was aware how things were going. He is a very good representation of how people should represent a company. He worked hard and only stopped for lunch or a cuppa. At the end of each day he cleaned down the Room and stored his tools in a safe place ready for the next day. This made things so much easier having kids in the house as I wasn't worrying about them getting hurt.
I would recommend this company as they have provided everything they said they would. Also in a timely fashion taking care to make as little disturbance possible to myself and my home... ☺️☺️☺️☺️

From start to finish the whole experience of refurbishing our bathroom was smooth and uneventful. Hannah who visited and drew out the plan of work and gave our quotation and Steve the surveyor on his visit both reassured us and talked us through the whole process with their friendly and competent approach. A nice lady Rachel rang to check in on us regularly and guided us through the whole experience with a reassuring and cheery voice, even ringing after completion to see if we were satisfied and wished us well. Our fitter Catalin we highly recommend as he worked so hard and his friendly approach, his workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic.
