So happy with our new bathroom
We are very happy with Assistive Bathing. Very professional. Contacted me every day with updates and checking how everything was going. The bathroom fitter Ian has done a brilliant job he was so helpful. Always checked that I was happy with what he was doing. Tidied everything up when he finished the job. I would like to say a big thank you to Ian and Assistive Bathing and I would definitely recommend them.

From my first enquiry to the…
From my first enquiry to the instalation of a walk in shower in place of a bath all was excellent. Office staff were readily available and contacted me also while the job was carried out. Paul the advisor and Eddie the surveyor where both knowledgable and helpful. The installers George and Mel were brilliant. They would arrive to start at 8am . The job took three days. Both of them were highly competent, respectful and diligent. George would stop and answer any of my questions kindly and in detail. When finished, George explained to me how to use the shower and what product was best to clean it i'm greatful for that advice. They left all very tidy even brought their own vacumm cleaner. Waste was collected the next day mid morning. I'm very pleased and enjoy my beautiful and elegant walk in shower. I would recommend Assistive Bathing to anyone.

We had excellent service and easy communication throughout the whole project. The office staff at Head Office were wonderful throughout and were constantly following progress each day to see how things were going and any problems. Scot who installed the units was first class friendly, professional and helpful. He involved us at each stage to ensure we had what we wanted and happy with it. The visits by order taker
The visits by order taker, and the two double checking visit were thorough and fully explained.
The two fitters (names forgotten, please check your records) as I wish to put on record that they were very efficient and outstandingly helpful with job finished at 4pm on Friday, the second day.
The disappointing thing that spoilt the whole thing was that they did not know when the rubbish would be collected and should at least have been collected Saturday morning. Instead a call midday on Tuesday 15th did not appear to know the installation was completed and could not tell me when the rubbish would be removed. In my view this let your organisation down on a very expensive and unchallenged cost!

We are, however, sorry to hear that the waste collection process did not meet your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have the installation completed and then be left uncertain about when the waste would be removed. The lack of communication regarding the collection timetable is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the relevant team so that we can improve both communication and coordination around waste removal in the future.

Very expensive....updated now very satisfied further update very happy with shower
Very expensive..i only gave it a 2 star because the rep who came was very pleasent and professional..I was quoted over 10k to have a bath taken away and a shower fitted along with tiles..no new toilet or sink fitted and no new flooring...the cheapest they could get it to was £9300...ive been online and a company in the north east can fit a shower,sink,toilet and flooring for just under 5k so why is assistive so expensive ....update 14/9/26
Today I received a phone call from a lovely lady called Jackie who came up with a price I was very satisfied with and have since gone ahead with the order so I take back everything I had written earlier

Thank you to the team for transforming Dad's bathroom. The communications from the head office team were timely, including checking in during the job to make sure that all was going well. Geoff, the surveyor, added some items to the design that were initially not considered but welcomed. Hats off to Fraser, the installer, who worked exceptionally hard during the build dealing with all the challenges that a wonky, unmaintained room could throw at him. One element of the design could not be executed because of the room and I received a communication on the same day to say that the cost relating to this would be refunded. Fraser was also timely and cleaned up after himself every evening conscious that Dad would need access to the bathroom over night. All rubbish was cleared from the property promptly and sustainably. Fraser explained the features of the bathroom to Dad so he knew how it worked. I have no hesitation in recommending Assistive Bathing.

Construction of a new shower and toilets
Jon O ‘Neil was totally professional, polite and extremely helpful with all of the construction of our new shower. He listened carefully to our needs both now and in the future and acted accordingly in a very helpful way. He was a pleasure to have in our house. Lumi went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful with each question we asked on the phone. We would throughly recommend assistive bathing .

From my first enquiry, through the visits of a representative, a surveyor and ther installation itself thie company have been professional, polite and friendly. Fantastic service from Assistive…
Fantastic service from Assistive Bathing, from Rachel in the office, Rob for design and showing the products, Alan for the survey and last,but not least, Jamie (pocket rocket) for the fitting. I was told it would take seven days to complete my walk in shower and update rest of bathroom, but was finished in five! Jamie works methodically and quickly but is very particular when building the new shower room. Thanks everyone for making me feel so much safer and giving me a lovely new walk in shower.
