Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site or you're taking your own risk. Although this is an Aussie web site, the goods were actually sent from China. It took 2 weeks to deliver to my place in Sydney, definintely not fast shipping as they claimed. The worst thing is that the return is extremely difficult near impossible. For my case, they delivered a wrong type of battery, but they pretended nothing wrong but my fault at all (how's this possible!). First, they asked me to raise a new order on their website for me to pay the money again (exactly the same type of battery I already ordered, it makes no sense!), and asked me to keep the wrong battery for a while until their notificaiton on how to return. After I pushed back, they asked me to send the wrong battery as below at my own cost. I requested them simply tasking a courier to come and pick up this at their own cost (not to paid by me). Since then they never respond. It wasted my money AUD 76.23 and still I cannot replace my battery!!!!!!

Be warned: they charge in a foreign currency but do not state this until you receive the charges on your card!!
An Australian website. Products purchased and shipped locally. Prices and invoice, also Australian currency. Yet, the charge on my credit card was for a foreign currency; Hong Kong! To which I was charged an International Transaction Fee by my credit card provider!
Per the law - and take note Asusbatteryshop.com.au! - it must be clearly stated if a transaction is to be processed via an overseas facility, in another currency other than Australian.
A formal complaint has now been lodged with the ACCC and the transaction has been disputed fully with my credit card provider.

Good Replacement Battery
Original Asus battery would not hold charge so decided to replace. Followed instructions on Youtube and had no major issues with replacing the battery. All you need is a little patience and the tools supplied with the battery. Replacement battery worked well and after a month am completely happy with the replacement battery.
