Excellent service all the way through. Clear statement of works agreed before starting and full explanation and discussion of any required changes as they arose. All changes clearly specified, agreed and costed before proceeding. Will definitely stick with Attimo for ongoing support.

After finding a leak with my washing machine l contacted Attimo. Although they were very busy Matthew attended the next day and fitted a new hose for me. He also gave me some constructive advice, which l appreciated. It’s nice in this day and age to find a company who are friendly, professional and above all trustworthy. That means a lot.

Arrived promptly. Always very courteous. Solved all the plumbing problems. Offered useful advice and recommendations for the future. Invoice as estimate.

Great communication, Matt arrived on time, and dealt with our plumbing issues brilliantly! We also received a report afterwards clearly written outlining the work we need to complete.

I used Attimo to fix an ongoing fault on my system that another company had failed to repair. The communication throughout the job was fantastic. Danielle is very knowledgeable and helpful. The engineers were clean, tidy and professional.

We had a horrendous experience with this company. They originally came out as the heathing was only working in two of the 5 rooms in my flat in Barnes. They managed to break the heating fully before leaving which i only realised once they had left. Obviously very unhappy I called them. They then said there was a part they needed that they ordered it leaving me with no heating for four days. When the came back and replaced the part they said everything was resolved yet they only put the heating back the the same stage as when they initally turned up. So two rooms working again £1000 later. So broke it intentially charged a lot for a new part then put it back to the inital state. They now are saying it will cost hundreds of pounds to come back out again to look at the screw up they created but to be honest if they were a professional company would come and recify their errors.
Utter cowboys sty well away.

Absolutely amazing service, I can not recommend Attimo enough, they were brilliant. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and Matt came over a day early as they had a cancellation. Matt was so efficient and got the boiler working in no time. I will definitely be using Attimo for all future plumbing or heating issues.

Matt and the team at Attimo are great.
They are extremely friendly and communicative and you have trust in their approach.
Matt installed a new boiler for us, which uncovered problems with a pipe leak - he continued to work with us to help locate and fix the issue. Once the work was complete, they supported us with all boiler instructions and left the surrounding area in a clean and tidy state. Thanks :)

Went the extra mile to fix the problem tap valves.

Matt did a job in the loft, but I was surprised to find I was billed twice, when he ordered a handle for the toilet he should have checked the measurements. As it was the new handle did not fit into the hole, and he was here for an hour!
I reckon I should have had a reduction in the bill as it was his fault.

I phoned Attimo when we had problems with our boiler. Matt came round and diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote but also followed up with a request we made fir new boiler and internet control system. We took the new boiler option and just over 2 weeks later, Matt spent 3 days installing the new boiler, flushing the system, altering the plumbing and then with Paul installing the ATAG control system. They left at 8 pm having endured everything worked well. Our house is warm and cosy for the first time in 2 years. Matt is very personable, communication was superb and the job completed with knowledge and enthusiasm. Many thanks!
