My initial review was 5 star but I have had to down it as my ear hasn’t been right since having the micro suction procedure. I could hear better before the procedure. She had difficulty removing the wax and it was a little painful. Kept putting oil in my ear, then tried warm water flush to break it dow as it was stubborn. I was told she should have left it and told me to continue to put olive oil in my ear for another week. So I will be returning at some point to find out what damage has been done😢

I had a large quantity of old hard Ear Wax successfully removed by Tracey Vaughan at Hidden Hearing in Lichfield. Tracy was very very good, she explained the procedure in depth and carried it out excellently. I would thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing for wax removal I am returning for a Hearing test next week but following the wax removal it has I.proved somewhat.

All the staff at Hidden Hearing Lichfield are so pleasant. Tracy who did my wax removal is so lovely and certainly makes you relax. She is very good at what she does and explains everything to you all the way through. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I visited the Lichfield Hidden Hearing branch for earwax removal. The treatment was on time and i was treated in a totally clear and professional manner. Tracy was very clear in her explanations of the treatment throughout showing relevant photos. She had a great personality which immediately put me at ease. The treatment was very successful and I've already booked my appointment for next year!

Thank you to Tracy Vaughan for carrying out my wax removal. She was patient, knowledgeable and made the experience a good one. The general hearing check and close up view of the inside of my ears makes the cost reasonable.

Went to Hidden Hearing clinic in Lichfield today, 16th October, for an appointment for earwax removal. Tracy, the ear care practioner, was excellent at explaining the various stages in a friendly, professional manner and made sure everything was completed in a safe and pain free way. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Had an ear wax removal with Tracy Vaughan today. I was recommended by my Mom who also sees Tracy. I was nervous about the appointment as I haven't had wax removal previously but my hearing was really suffering so needed some intervention. Tracy was really warm and friendly and talked me through the whole process without me asking her to. She repeatedly checked that I was doing ok through the extraction and was really empathetic towards how I must've felt prior to the apt. Couldn't recommend her enough. Money well spent and cuts out going to the Doctor and waiting times.
My hearing was so improved coming out of the apt that I could hear my coat against my neck and other sounds that I've not noticed for so long. Drastic difference! Gentle but effective. I wouldn't normally write a review but Tracy was so great and I hope this may encourage others to seek treatment.

The service was amazing; right from the first telephone enquiry, reception, to the diagnosis, providing the hearing aids, explanations were friendly informative and so reassuring promising further help and advice if needed. The staff are to be applauded.

Really impressed.
Knowing that my husband was experiencing hearing loss, as well as tinnitus I decided to have my hearing checked too. We first went to Boots to be told we both needed hearing aids! We decided to get a second opinion and came to Hidden Hearing. My husband now has hearing aids programmed so they help with his hearing but don't increase the tinnitus. But, this time I was told that though I had a slight hearing loss nothing was needed other than another (free) test in two years.
We are so impressed with hidden hearing.
