Beautiful chocolates
Beautiful chocolates. They taste amazing, they are beautifully packaged and the customer service and delivery is A1. I will definitely be buying from Audrey’s again.

Amazing chocolates
The chocolates were lovely and really enjoyed by my partner. They were a Christmas gift which whilst I ordered late and the delivery said they would arrive after Christmas, they somehow arrived beforehand which was an amazing surprise - thanks to the Audrey’s team for this. We will definitely be ordering more chocolates to try

Order delayed
I’ve received an email asking me to leave a review but I have not received my chocolates yet nor any tracking or despatch notification (ordered 2 weeks ago). I assumed the despatch was delayed due to Christmas but now wondering what’s happened?
Update - chocolates arrived 18 days after order was placed. They are wonderful and I do recommend the product but faster shipping would be great.

I haven’t bought anything from Audrey’s for a long time but want to support a local business. Ordered a few bars of chocolate and a box of thins and they were delicious and the packaging is really elegant. Thank you will definitely be purchasing again.

This was the first time I had made an order. WOW 😍 from my purchase arriving quickly, the beautiful packaging and the most amazing/delicious centers 😋 I enjoyed them so much, as did my friends and family 😉

Literally the best chocolates I’ve ever had. There wasn’t one that wasn’t totally delicious. The flavours are nicely intense and each one is a treat to eat. All beautifully packaged in a box you’ll want to keep.

I go to Audrey’s for special occasion presents, I try to get to the shop itself if I can as it’s just a very lovely experience, especially at Easter and Christmas.
Got my sister in law chocs and a tote bag last year, I notice there were no tote bags this year in store, will they be making a comeback?

Audrey Rose and Violet a taste of the past
Audrey Rose and Violet Chocs are just like my dad would buy us 50 years ago… taste Beautifully packaged I highly recommend.

I was so looking forward to the…
I was so looking forward to the chocolates but was totally underwhelmed by the small box that arrived. The packaging is expensive but the contents were pretty ordinary and I actually found the chocolates too sweet and not high quality as anticipated. Not great value for money which was a shame. I would not buy again.

True quality in their chocolates
There is no doubt of the exquisite quality of this brands chocolate, it is truly amazing. In particular the violet creams are to die for! Unfortunately the packaging in the delivery box wasn't as good as I would have liked, so I had three bears with squashed noses, and the beautifully crafted heart shaped box for the creams was sealed with tape that ripped the box covering when removing.

Really good quality chocolates so I don’t mind paying a bit more for them, having said that they are more expensive than other high quality chocolate makers. Would definitely up them again though

Dried out old chocolates
I ordered my favourite cream chocolates in the choose your own selection and sadly about 75% of them were dried out and hard rather than soft creams. At this price point this is not acceptable.

We're sorry to hear that many of the creams were not up to the stand you expected. We would like to clarify that our creams don’t have a typical soft texture as we use no additives so they will be firm but soft and given that our chocolate is handmade in small batches, texture can sometimes differ.
