Quote increased by 75pounds a few hours before appointment waste of my time don't come to me looking for 10 percent in other words get stuffed

Waste of time.
Garages give quotes they don’t stick to… was quoted £250 then they decided when discussing dates to double the price.
Pointless waste of time.

Made it quick and easy to find a garage at a time, place and price that was far better than the option I'd been about to book (in breakdown desperation). I'll certainly use Autobutler again.

I sent you pictures of the work to be done. You sent them to the garage which meant to complete the job. Instead of three days, they took 10 days. When I picked up the car, half of the work in hand was not completed.
Recently, I sent you pictures of the uncompleted work. I have not heard anything from you since.
I complained to the garage, I have not heard from them neither.
The wheels arcs remained untouched, the passenger doors, pavement side remained the same, but they charged full money.
I want my money refunded, job was not complete, and it was a shame I had to go all the way to London to get this shoddy workmanship.
I have contacted the credit card company for them to retrieve my money, which the garage do not deserve.
I shall not let this matter rest until it is resolved.

I suppose to have a courtesy car, the garage said that they don't offer one, and also tha garage was not informed about the works needed on my car...

I was a bit wary of going via the internet when I needed the timer belt/chain on my vehicle replacing but my usual garage quoted a price I couldn't afford. The whole transaction through Autobutler went very smoothly from start to finish and there were no surprises after the work was complete which was a bonus.

I hate phoning garages and getting quotes - this website took a lot of the pain away - there were a few teething problems (repeated booking) but I liked the service and will use it again!

Got a good quote from a garage nearby and they sorted it without any hassle and came in under the quote.

Quotes were good compared to other websites that were checked and gaarages were local.

Dropped off car at garage by the time I had a quick coffee and a snack I got a phone call to say the car was ready to pick up.

The experience was somewhat dissapointing due to the lack of a timely response to a question about price matching after I found a cheaper offer by National Tyre. I ended up paying the full price rightly or wrongly.
Also whilst my appointment time and car collection were 10:0am deliver car 2:00pm collect car. I delivered the car at 9:50am.
I had not received a call at 3:10 pm and went to the garage where my car was still being worked upon.
Finally got it at 3:50pm.
Not impressive

Got a choice of garages and booked one. Got a call next day from Auto buttler saying that a new part would probably be needed...... I asked how much? Guy from auto buttler Saia said 'probably able the same price! I didn't think this was ri3so asked him to check......... After 4 phone calls and 2 emails still no reply , not even the confirmation email 24hours before!....... Sacked the Buttler

Friendly, quick and accommodating. Fixed the Frontpads/discs/ springs on my Navara D40 and a courtesy car!

They gave me four “quotes” for work on my sons car. One company had previously ceased trading. The other three said they could not possibly do the work for the price quoted. In fact the one I wanted to use quoted £1800-£1900, instead of the £587 auto Butler had quoted.
