Good buying experience

Have ordered through them approx 10 times and have only had 2 sub-par experiences, once where I had ordered something that caused an error in the system which was resolved by a phone call. And another time where I was delivered an empty box that should’ve had an item inside, which was also able to be resolved by a phone call and couple of emails after which they sent me the missing item.

Great service. Fast delivery. Bit difficult to navigate website if you want to order for two different cars.

I don't think your web site is the easiest to navigate around.

It is fast and easy to find the parts that you are looking for, the biggest thing I liked the most is it tells you ETA of dispatch so if you are in a rush for some things you can order at different times. The pricing beats most of the big money grabber stores.

Complete order was not ready when it was supposed to be, and was told they are still waiting on stock for one of the items, but there had been no notice given to report the delay with the missing item. Ended up cancelling the order for the missing item.

I have ordered 2 filters for my Skoda, they arrived in less than 3 days, in perfect condition. There were really German made. The service was more than my expectation.

Customer support is fantastic quick reply’s and are happy help to sort your issue out as I was pretty frustrated with the website not having the correct information that should of been on there I was lead down the path and made my purchase and to be told I won’t see it for nearly a week and it was a click and collect which should of be same day but customer support were fantastic and had it delivered to my doorstep thank you I will use your service again with in mind not to expect same day pick up

After adding my registration number, the correct parts were easy to find, unfortunately I have since bought some other parts off them recently and the brake pads were the incorrect ones. These were the correct pads according to their site using the registration number, however there are two different different sizes which I didn’t know at the time.

I emailed them and I was made to feel that it was my fault and to return them I would have to pay for the postage and also pay a “restocking fee “. I told Frazer that I opened the shrink plastic before I realised that they were the wrong ones, so I wonder if they would use this to reject my refund.

I will put them on Marketplace at a reasonable price and consider what happened as a lesson never to buy from this company again. I actually had to buy the pads from Repco because I had already removed the pads on one front wheel and they knew straight away that there were two sizes so I think in the future I will buy parts from local stores. The difference in price is negligible and at least you can bring the parts straight back.
