Service and price was exceptional

I’m really disappointed with the customer service. I spent around $900 on new speakers, and when I went to pick them up, the staff member who served me was in a very poor mood and didn’t seem interested in helping at all.

I understand that I came a day early and didn’t realise the order required 2–3 business days to arrive, but that could have been explained respectfully. We had driven over an hour to get to the store, which he was aware of, yet there was no effort to be helpful or understanding.

The overall attitude made us feel unwelcome, and the service came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service should involve basic courtesy, clear communication, and making customers feel respected—especially after spending a significant amount of money.

It was easy to search for the parts i was looking for and pictures of the actual item to be sure it was the one i wanted.

Bought a head unit and they recommended certain parts to ensure compatibility with my car. I listened and got all the parts and then got an experienced installer to install it. The wheel harness I bought would not connect and when I brought this to their attention, they kept insisting it was installer error despite the installer clearly knowing what he was doing. They also kept threatening that if they accepted the return and it wasn’t tested as faulty, they would charge me shipping fees and a $200 technician fee. All this for a $130 harness and an incompatible part on their end. They made no effort to make it right, they just kept telling me what I was supposed to do and how it was definitely the right part but wouldn’t listen when I’d say we installed it correctly. Bad service, wouldn't recommend.

We've purchased quite a few times from these guys. Prices are great, delivery and product are excellent. Where it goes wrong is with returns. Recently we purchased an item for which the fitment advice on their website was incorrect. It did not fit the vehicle. Should have been a pretty easy return but customer service, while responsive, just didn't get anything really moving. It took a week and numerous emails for them to issue a return authorisation. It took another week and even more emails for accounts to issue the refund. All up, it took more than four weeks from the day we opened the return request to actually getting our money back. This was all over the Christmas period so I was fairly understanding that things might move a little slower but for it to take more than month was ridiculous. Great store to purchase from if your product works and you have no dramas but a very clunky return process that requires copious amounts of chasing to be done by the customer if anything goes wrong.

I ordered pioneer speakers to upgrade the cheap speakers in my series 200 landcruiser from automotive superstores a week ago, recieved them yesterday and fitted them both in about an hour this morning.
The sound is amazing in comparison, very happy.
Automotive superstores kept in touch throughout shipping and emailed a link to a video on how to fit.
Will shop here again.

They couldn't fill the order in a timely fashion (its a car battery, I can't wait weeks!) I cancelled the order before they even processed or shipped the order.

Now they're trying to steal 5% for the priveledge... then have the balls to say they will refund the entire ammount in store Credit!!! Buyer beware! bad business! never again
