Reasonable prices for the products i have purchased the only issue was i spent almost $ 400 and had to pay for postage and i purchased 4 trico wiper blades but only received one free bottle of window cleaner i thought it was 1 free bottle per item purchased.

Bought an expensive item and requested it be sent express. They agreed then delayed posting it for 5 days. Then the courier company Global Express lost it for 10 days. There was nothing but excuses. The item seems good but quite frankly I would be a wary of buying from them.

Great site, short on detail for fitment of wiper blades. There is direction for advice, but no advice on actual fitment types, of which there are two. Despite match to make model and series, not sure if I will get correct fitment.

Very unclear early on whether you could click and collect.
Tried to ring you to clarify but that was impossible - thousands of options via your system but none got me thru - obviously you trying to be efficient but your not friendly doing it

Easy online sourcing the part needed and checking out

I used there licence plate number thingy to order the right part for my car. Yet once I got it, it was for a wrong part. After jumping through hoops for a week, they accepted the return. I had already spent $20 on postage, then another 15 too send it back, now a 10% restock fee. It actually cost me 80, lost $43 because of there website tool. Thats complete Bs.

Ordered at the end of November, was not posted until the 10th of December, not received until the 15th, no notification of hold ups, no communication at all.
Save yourself the wait and order from SuperCheap/Repco or even a reputable Ebay seller.

No customer service by phone only email stores in Melbourne that don't stock the same parts as Sydney 10 days before order is dispatched I just hope the parts are quality I was better off sourcing the parts in store I would've had them by now...

Frazer has been a great help to me in ascertaining what accessories I should need to complete the installation of the parts that I wanted to order. The whole ordering process on line for an aged gentleman was easy to understand as well.

I order my part on Sunday 23rd of November, part peaked on Friday 28 of November, I have a message from their fright company, I will receive it on 9th of December. I am in Automotive parts as well and takes about a 7 to 10 days from time customer order to receive the order. This is very slow service.

It was so easy to buy online as I'm in North Qld.
