Received my first wheel damaged apparently mishandled during shipping. Good thing I bought the insurance at checkout. I highly recommend it! Placed a call to customer support at the rim shop and sent Scott Coppola the pictures. He was great to work with from start to finish. Handled the insurance claim, sent another wheel out immediately and a return shipping label all in the same day I contacted him. Received my wheel 3 days later and in great condition. Thanks Scott

One of the rims on my car developed a hairline crack and slowly leaked air. The Auto Rim Shop had a suitable replacement. After some delay caused by UPS, the rim arrived and it was the correct item and matches the other rims on the car. I have to give kudos to Scott Coppola of ARS for getting the UPS mess straightened out and my order back on track.

Fast processing times, product as expected, great customer service! Ran into an issue with the delivery and at no fault of Auto Rim Shop….UPS mistakenly delivered my package to the complete wrong address in the next town over. Scott with Auto Rim Shop was extremely helpful in filing a claim immediately so that UPS would start their investigation to recover my package and within 24 hours my mini crisis was solved! I ordered a set of 3 wheels for my Tesla and the color was off (more grey than the oem) and did not matchthe one OEM wheel I was keeping on the car. I explained the situation to Scott and that started a process of getting them returned. The whole device I worked with team gets a 10/10 for customer service. Once someone was on the phone, they worked with me diligently to get those wheels returned and they refunded me the order. Would buy again

I ordered a rim for a Mercedes E 43 AMG. Looked perfect when it arrived. Everything came on time. Scott was wonderful. Bottom line is when they went to mount the rim. It was not the offset were not correct. So I gave this information to Scott. He said no problem. Send the rim back full credit. I appreciate good service and I could certainly understand if something isn’t correct. Bottom line is the shop made it fine and I have a full credit at this point and I’m looking for another line. Thank you, Scott.

I ordered 4 new wheels for my Explorer and received them in three days. After opening the boxes I discovered a flaw in one rim. I contacted Scott Coppola at the shop and asked about a replacement. He requested a picture which I sent to him and got authorization to return the wheel and he sent out a replacement wheel which I received the next day. I highly recommend the Rim Shop. Thanks again Scott. Excellent service.

I had ordered the wrong wheel. Scott Cappola immediately helped me to walk through the return process and they are sending me the correct wheel and get a full refund for the wheel i returned. Overall an efficient and painless experience.

Ordered 4 refurbished wheels in 2024, was very happy with that purchase. Fast forward to 2026, had to order a replacement rim for the same vehicle because of an accident. I ordered and received wheel in a timely fashion, unfortunately was sent wrong finish from what I had ordered. Contacted service department by phone and explained the situation to a gentleman named Scott Coppola. Mr Coppola apologized for the mix up and very professionally took care of the situation, sending me a return label and shipping the correct wheel to me. I received the correct wheel the very next day. I understand that mistakes happen and was very impressed with the way this company ( particularly Mr Coppola) handled business. Will definitely recommend doing business with Auto Rim Shop to anyone in need of the service they offer. The products I have purchased ( 5 refurbished wheels) are all of very good quality and customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced.

Ordered a rim from Autorim.com and it arrived brand new, exactly as described, and even a day earlier than expected. I saved a ton of money, will definitely use them again in the future, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality rims at a great price.

Scott Coppola was great to work with. At first, I thought the TPS sensors were not initializing with my Sequoia, so he worked with me to make sure that the Toyota recognized them. I recommend this great company!

Auto rim shop does terrible work in charges too much. The wheel they sent me had sharp edges on one side with pitted and scraped metal and painted bubbled that was oversprayed in most areas. Very poor quality.

The worse experience I ever have. I ordered a 18" rim and they send me a bad one tha6 is over painted inside the hub to hub connections that it will causing vibration. I send them back the rim that I never intall because by looking at it I know it cause a problem. They still charge me $52 dollars for restocking. I called them and talked to somebody name scott, he said will giving back my $52 dollars until khow nada. I called him last November 2025. Never trust them. How can I upload a picture, I want to show it soo everybody will see it.

My husband and I had a great experience at Auto Rim Shop!! Jeff and Milton went out of their way to help us find the exact replacement rims for our car. They treated us with kindness and respect. They had full knowledge of what we were looking for and accommodated us well. Jeff is the nicest manager we ever engaged with. We highly recommend this company in Farmingdale, NY.

From the time of purchase I was very impressed with the time of receiving the items and the returns on the damaged rim. My communication with Scott Coppola was all I needed to get things done, from return labels, and shipping replacement items. He was very courteous, professional, and respectful to the customer when communicating. I would do business with this company again. The rims received were good quality and look new. And prices you can’t beat. Scott in my opinion received five stars for his hard work, and satisfying the customer.

I ordered 4 OEM wheels from Auto Rim Shop. They sent me three aftermarket and one OEM. Since I didn't realize this until after their two week deadline, they refuse to exchange the aftermarket wheels. They stopped answering my messages, and their phone just gives you a FAX tone. AVOID!!! SCAM company. Look at the BBB reviews from customers - most are one star.

The powdercoat paint flaked off where the weld beam was from their refurbishing process. I provided detailed pictures and evidence proving my case. They took zero ownership of the mistake and blamed it on the mounting equipment at the tire shop. I asked that they offer to pay for a fresh powdercoat and they declined. Terrible customer service.

This was my second purchase from them. The first purchase experience was better, however, the wheel color/finish was slightly off from factory. They pushed back on that as well but I let it go as it was close enough and saved me a lot of money vs new OEM. Moral of the story, it’s a toss-up of what you’re going to get from these guys. If you end up with a subpar product, you’re stuck with it because they won’t care.

They advertised a wheel at 17x7 but they sent me 17x7.5 which caused damage to my car! I had to wait on hold for an HOUR and spent another 30 min trying to work it out with them to avoid the “restocking fee” and for them to even be willing to accept the return I had to provide them with picture after picture of the wheel. Do not buy from them!!! These are NOT factory wheels! They are refurbs! They lie all over the place and make it almost impossible to return!
