I wish I could give zero stars these guys sent me my Tom’s but sent the Tim to the wrong address it’s now been ten weeks of them promising next day air redelivery and promising refund and delivery supervisors and associates always the run around and now 10 weeks from supposed delivery and they can’t just send out a new rim super sketchy

I ordered a wheel from this company. first look wheel looked like it was in great condition. bring it in to the shop to get it mounted and balanced and it has a bend in the barrel and inner rim. sent it back took about a week after it was received to get my refund. after that i gave them another chance and ordered the wheel from them again. also left a note to please package wheel for shipping better to avoid bending. i also called immediately after placing the order and spot to a rep. asked if they can write a note on the order or on the box for fragile and to put extra foam for shipping. took a week for the wheel to get here. when it comes in i open the box and found 0 foam for shipping, and there was no label on the box saying fragile or anything at all. brought the wheel to the shop regardless to check if wheel is okay. wheel is defiantly not okay and is bent just like the previous wheel. would not recommend buying from them.

10-10/2023*****AutoRimShop,,,,,Well I guess you can’t help me with this simple problem,, I’ll try to locate the clips myself,, i been on line looking,,,as a auto parts supplier you have access to the manufacture of these wheel skins,, sometime it’s the small extra mile you can go for your customers to make them happy,, not just blowing them off because you are so busy,, and can’t take time to please us,, No worries,,,

First off those "whining" about poor service I feel sorry for them BUT I have ordered twice from this company(in TN) and spoke to customer service prior to my first order. The 1st order cust. svs. said will ship in 5 days, I got mine in 3 days. The second order I ordered 1 day and had a 24 hr delivery (without extra delivery charge). The OEM cost was over$425.00 and I got a wheel (rim) for $174.99 per order (order 1ea on 2 diff occasions)(and they fit perfectly). If I ever need rims again I would NOT HESITATE to order from them again. They offer best bang for the buck....J. L. McAllister from (KY).

This business sent me the wrong rim from an order I placed. It was mounted on my vehicle and the vehicle was parked in my garage for approximately two weeks. With that being said, I did not notice it was the incorrect rim until I drove it due to driving one of my other vehicle. I requested a return and sent the rim back. But after they received it, they kept the rim and refused to give me a refund stating it was outside to window to return it although they admitted sending the wrong rim. I went back and forth with them for about 3 weeks with no resolution. I WAS BASICALLY ROBBED AND PAID FOR AND ITEM I DID NOT RECEIVED. AUTORIM SHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS BUSINESS AT ALL AND LOOK AT OTHER RIM SHOPS.

Was worried because I’ve never ordered a rim online. My old rim was cracked and causing a slow leak. The shipping was speedy. I was supposed to get it delivered by Thursday, it showed up early Tuesday. Got the new rim on and everything is good. So glad I gave this place a chance. Saved me $300.

I ordered a rim for my 2021 Aviator and they sent me the wrong wheel. In order to send me the correct wheel they should have asked for the last 8 numbers of the VIN since there were three wheel options in 2021. I never took the wheel out of the box and returned it to them. They say it has not been scanned back in but I have provided proof of delivery and it has been 5 weeks and they have not given me a refund for the returned wheel that cost me $600. They took my money and took the wheel back.

They don’t stand behind their product/procedure of getting it to someone. It was lost via UPS. I sent you the claim they were supposed to send in a description according to UPS. UPS so they never received it. Contacted the company a couple of times. say, said that they will check and see if it came back and I would get a call in a couple of days. However, never received a call contacted them and UPS multiple times and completely got the runaround. So order at your own risk.

Purchased a wheel because of pothole damage the shipping was very fast, took it out of the box, put it in my trunk went down had it mounted and balanced and put on the car, and when I came home, realized it wasn’t the same color as my other three wheels the new wheel was Silver and my original wheels are charcoal and I ordered charcoal. Took pictures and sent with three different emails before they finally responded and they sent me an email saying they will replace it if it hasn’t been used or mounted which obviously by looking at the picture they knew it was mounted. so thanks for nothing I would stay away from this company. The quality is poor, and Customer Service was poor.

Terrible quality on rims and sensors, NO HELP ON RETURNS OR TO GET NEW ONES IN EXCHANGE DO NOT USE AUTO RIM SHOP .COM

I ordered a set of rims for my car to which I added a new set of tires. My wife is the one who primarily uses the car, and she didn't notice anything unusual since she only uses it to commute to and from work, which is a 10-minute drive from home. However, when I drove the car, I immediately noticed a vibration at a certain speed. I went to the tire shop, thinking it was a tire defect. They rebalanced the tires and said everything was fine. However, the vibration persisted.

After going back a couple more times in search of a solution, they determined that the issue lies with two of the rims they sold me. It has been nearly two months now, and there is practically no warranty coverage. I wrote an email explaining the situation, and the response I received was, "Since you installed and used the rims, there is no warranty coverage." The question is: If I hadn't used the rims, I would have never known they were defective. This store should be shut down. It's a complete waste of money.

Just pray you don’t need to return something!! They will gladly send you another and let you pay for it, while telling you they will send you a label for the return. However I’ve been waiting over a week for the return label…. Communication is non-existant. When you can get ahold of someone they give you the same answer… it will be done shortly. My shortly and theirs is obviously different.

Ordered 4 Kai Sport Rims for my 2015 Ford Explorer thru Walmart. Good price, free shipping. Very smooth transaction. Rims arrived ahead of estimated delivery date. Very pleased with the product.

The parts I ordered were the exact manufacturer part number. I was told that it could take 3-5 business days for my parts to arrive. I was elated to receive my parts 2 days after purchasing. Before the week ended I had the parts installed and was safely on the road again. I highly recommend

Wanted to club up from 17”x8.5 to 19”x8.5 OEM ‘s but was somewhat hesitant after reading some reviews so I called and spoke to Jeff who answered a couple questions I had so I went ahead and placed my order. Happy to say wheels arrived on schedule and are 99.9 percent perfect. Wheels were mounted, balanced and installed no problem…

I ordered 4 wheels for 2012 VW Jetta, after around 8 months the clearcoat began peeling off one of the wheels a few months later 2 more began to peel off the same. I called customer service several times always the same response, no one available. I left messages and sent emails they asked for pics. I sent pics they said it would take time to evaluate. Never heard back. I told them I would give them a bad review if they kept ignoring me. They finally responded but did not offer to replace them. After several more emails they agreed to send me a check for $200 and I could take the wheels to a wheel refurbish shop. They confirmed the address to send the check and it should arrive in a few days. I never received a check or heard from them again

Purchased this item on 12/17/22 , delivered on 12/20/22 and put on 12/21/22.
This was the easiest best experience I've had in years !

Horrible company, yes you’ll probably get your rims, but will they fit? You can’t trust their website based fitment as I made the mistake of ordering rims they said would fit on my car. I get them 2 weeks later (a week later than I was told so I had to cancel fitting appointments) and they don’t clear my calipers. No problem I think, “I’ll just return them, not to worry.” Now we get to the scam behind it all; no matter what the reason, if you return anything, they still get your money. I spent $700+ for rims and when I got a refund (2 months after I got a notification from USPS that they were returned and after countless failed calls and the fake number they have set up) I received $100 less than I paid (they kept 14% to be exact). Their excuses is a “restocking fee” of $25 per rim. So beware of this business unless you know 100% no doubt you will not be returning anything, but at the same time I’ve read multiple reviews of people getting fake OEM parts so even then I’d spend your money on a real business like a local rim shop (which is what I ended up doing, spent a little more money but was taken care of properly).

I ordered on Friday and received the rim on Tuesday. I did not pay for quick delivery, yet, got it quickly.
Rim looks great.
Customer service was excellent.

Wish I would have read these reviews before spending $300 on a fake OEM rim stamped made on China. Same story, I cant get a hold of anyone. Their # goes to a recording, email no response. FAKE Company beware!
