Rude. you be ignored and accused of being a scammer.
bad customer service stay far far away.

We ordered rims, the credit card was immediately charged $700 - now 6 weeks gone by, no rims, no answer to phone or email inquiries. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company. Suspect this business is actually OUT of business now.

Smoke and mirrors
Purchased a set of wheels, wheels shipped from different locations, took months to get a matching finish on all four wheels. The young lady in customer service at the time was good to work with. However, In less than a year the finish began to fail under clear coat, I notified company many times before I received a response, however, they've now gone silent???
No customer service at all, Beware!!!!

Upon reading all the negative comments,I ordered a wheel for a 2018 Chevy Sonic after car hit a curb. It was ordered(7/22/2022),shipped and received(7/30/2022), in excellent condition I might add, in a week. Pleasant experience. I recommend this company to anyone needing their products.

You can call, No one will ever answer, you can leave your name a d number er no one will call you back.
They will not refund your money, you must wait for your order to arrive and then put in for a return. Good luck if that happens.
There website says it has what you need but is not correct. Just not a reliable business.

My story is exactly the same as all the other ones on here I was ripped off! They sent me the wrong rim and there's no way to get it corrected you call them and it just hangs up on you before getting a busy signal. There's no way to initiate a return When you email them you just get a generic response back and it just goes in circles over and over.

After reading these reviews even if I do get a shipping label I'm not going to send it back because they will not refund your money! I'm better off just trying to sell it to somebody online. Please don't make the same mistake I did avoid this place at all costs it is a dishonest company they are a rip-off a scam artists!

Ordered the wrong color rim arrived within 4 days $174.99 charged to my card. Quickly ordered the correct rim rec’d that rim in 4 days also charged me $ 149.95. The process to get a return shipping label was ridiculous had to email support several times a day believe the phone number to call is just a recorded message than it hangs up. Can never speak to a person. Finally got a return shipping label to return an admittedly took it to UPS pick up location to send back. It was easy since the incorrect rim was never taken out the box to begin with. It’s been gone on 20 days an still no refund as yet. So I’m out 174.95 for a rim I don’t even have. They got a paid for rim back. An get any reply back even regarding the return. This company just ripped us. Don’t mess with these people they aren’t an honest business.

I wish I could put ZERO stars but this system won't allow. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I did receive the wheel I ordered but needed to return. I emailed to ask the return policy and told me I had 14 days from receive date. I immediately went to their online system to process the return and from that point on, you get absolute radio silence until it passed the return deadline....then the online system simply says you are no longer eligible for return and again, they refuse to answer emails or phone calls. The phone line just drops your call. I am pretty sure they put my email on block........please read all these reviews before you buy.

This company is the worst, the support is beyond horrible. I purchased rims and TPMS for my daughter’s car, after having them installed the TPMS will not communicate with the vehicle. I have tried to contact their support team and all they say is to take it to a tire shop for assistance. Both tire shops I’ve tried said that their setup tools are not communicating with the TPMS I purchased from the Auto Rim Shop. Their support has now stopped communicating with me. All I can do now is repurchase new TPMS and have them installed. The Auto Rim Shop has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Avoid this company.

Brutal experience. Order new wheel skins per their recommended item# (based on the vehicle information I entered). The skins were too small. After a week of trying to get a hold of them, they finally issued an RMA. I sent the skins back, they were received and signed for and I am on the 4th month of waiting for a refund. After being told countless of times that the refund is being issued, I decided to dispute this with my CC company. Also, they state they are an A+ supplier with the BBB, go read the reviews there before purchasing anything from these people. Be careful buying from this firm.

Use at your own peril. Two years ago, ordered a replacement rim for one that had been curb scuffed and had in hand within a few days. Recently, ordered another that had been rendered unusable. Eight days later, order still not shipped and wife still driving on donut. Cancelled order and purchased elsewhere. Ten days later, rim arrives with no notification. Requested return label and was informed would be charged $15 shipping(ok) and 15% restocking(excessive)..2 weeks later...nothing. Emailed support with tracking info and return delivery date and finally received refund

This company is a scam. They charged my credit card and then attempted to charge it an additional four times. Luckily my credit card company stopped those other four. Now they say that they don’t have the rim I ordered. I am having a difficult time trying to get my money back. Please, don’t order from AuotRimShop. Find it somewhere else, somewhere that isn’t a scam.

I purchased by Ebay 2 wheels; i only receive 1 wheel.

I'm sorry others had problems. I contacted them after purchasing online for a set of wheel skins for my 2018 F-150. Emailed them for a return call which they did within an hour of the email. Ordered on a Sunday received them Tuesday very fast shipping. The rep I dealt with Dan was very helpful and professional.
So, I was totally satisfied all the way around.

I placed an order online with the AutoRimShop. The item didn't match my selection and I called within one minute of placing the order when I realized my mistake. I was on hold for 30 minutes when the line said I would wait 1-3 minutes. I left a voicemail and send an email explaining I made a mistake. I wanted to cancel my current order to buy a MORE EXPENSIVE item. The associate, told me there are no returns and they cannot stop the order nearly five days after I placed the order. If you can take your business elsewhere, do it. The customer support is late and unacceptable. They lost a follow-up order and any future business as a result.

I needed one new wheel on my car after hitting a curb and bending a rim. The tire shop I went to said that they could get me the same wheel that matched the other wheels on my car, for $500. I went online to see if I could buy a wheel online somewhere, and Auto Rim Shop had the same wheel for a 2017 Chevy Malibu, in brand new condition for $280, or, a refurbished wheel for $225. I got the refurbished one and had it shipped to me, with free shipping. It got to my apt two days faster than the estimated shipping date. I went to Discount Tire with the wheel, and they mounted it onto my car for $14. The refurbished wheel looks like new, and matches the other wheels on my car. Auto Rim Shop was a lifesaver!
