I ordered a rim on a Monday, Friday morning I emailed to check on tracking at 10:21am, received a response at the end of the business day telling me it was out of stock, my order would be cancelled and that it would take 5-7 days for a refund.

Why did they even take my money if it wasn’t in stock? Why did they wait for me to reach out to them to inform me it was out of stock? It was too late to get another wheel from another company shipped out before the end of the week.

This site strikes me as some sort of scam. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

Purchased wheel in September. When it arrived I took it still in the box to discount tire as I bought a new set of tires and was replacing a cracked wheel. Upon opening box that wheel was cracked. Very obvious break in wheel. Called customer service was told they wouldn't send me another wheel until that one was returned and warehouse approved. Said I would if approved get a refund. I bought a wheel from Dodge and went on vacation.when I returned still no refund but I had received a box which I believe is a wheel but I haven't opened because I don't need it. Customer service is giving me the old standard run around so I have an unopened box which they say that's it, there's your refund. These people are crooks and I will never purchase anything again from them and telling everyone I can about this sorry outfit

The company send me a wrong product. After they received the return, they did not refund the payment. After 30 days they confirmed in writing to refund in the next 7 days. Since then they ghost me on the refund. The return is 9 weeks ago.
I call this theft!
Avoid them!!!!

BUYER BEWARE. Customer service is really bad. No one answers the phone or will call you back. Have waited over 48 hours for a UPS return label. Waiting on refund but I'll probably won't see it.

Please reconsider, when thinking about using this business to purchase a rim for your vehicle. I purchased a rim for a 2017 impala and received a different rim for my vehicle. I called to voice my concerns
on 9/09/24 about my rim being to big for my vehicle. I was ensured that it was the correct rim, even after i read the information from the the box and the labels on the rim. Finally after being able to take time from my busy schedule. I took the rim to be fitted and to no surprise the tire didnt fit the rim and you guessed it, Wasn't the correct size for the car. I called and spoke to a representative by the name "John" and was told, there wasn't any thing that can be done to rectify this issue( i just wanted to swap the rim for the correct size). Please do you due diligence when seeking to purchase what you need read reviews and look for other outlets not just a decent price.

I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before I ordered. When I order I place my order then I realized I made a huge mistake trying to order when I immediately called them to see if I could get a refund. By the time I called and figured out that I needed to cancel online they claimed my order had already been processed so when I got the refund they charged me $40 for nothing. I called them to say hey please give my my money back they said that the rep was t able to approve my refund and that the upper management had to approve. Sad to say that it was an even bigger mistake because they ripped me off of $40. Anyway stay away from this company they are trash in every respect.

I ordered a full set of rims for my vw up in ohio while I was down in FL helping girl friend go through cancer treatment.
Arrived back in OH two and a half months later and discovered that they don't come with center caps (they are larger 6 1/2 inch or so diameter) I cannot source any center caps and was told by the vw dealer that they are no longer in production.
Simple solution switch the wheels out for a different center style however since they have a no return policy of 14 days they are unwilling to do anything. I am at a loss as to why they sell wheels that cannot be supported by other parts that are no longer available.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. On June 11, 2024, I ordered my first Rim from this company that gave me a delivery date of June 17, 2024, via their free shipping this Rim was not delivered to me until late on June 19, 2024, via FedEx after countless calls trying to track my shipment. This past Sunday I needed to order a second Rim of which I did late Sunday night on June 23, 2024, and decided this time I would pay extra shipping to ensure I'd receive my Rim sooner. So I paid this company $89.45 for UPS 2-Day Ground Shipping. Early Monday morning I called this company to speak with a Rep to ensure my order would be shipped via UPS 2-Day. The Rep pulled my order and ensured me that I'd have my order via UPS by no later than Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Well, it's Tuesday, June 25, 2024, and while checking my emails this morning, I noticed the company had sent the shipping details of my order. You're not going to believe after paying extra for shipping and calling to confirm my order that this company took my money and still shipped my Rim via their standard free shipping method. Now I've been on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes after being on hold for 48 mins, waiting for confirmation that they are going to refund me back my $89.45. I am so DISAPPOINTED with this Companies lack of Customer Service and Integrity to think they can take people's money and do as they please with it. No, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! I don't care how long I have to hold. ABSOLUTLY POOR SERVICE!!! READ COMMENTS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Bought TPMS sensors that did not function. It took longer than 14 days to install, they will not allow a return and will not honor the published warranty on the sensors. Avoid.

Ordered a rim for my girlfriend's vehicle. Found a local purchase I could pick up 5 minutes later so I emailed and called to cancel before they pulled the rim. This was a Friday afternoon and my order wasn't to be shipped until Monday. Finally got ahold of someone from customer service and I was charged a restocking fee of $20. The order was in less than 10 minutes by the time I contacted customer service.

I was worried having read all the bad reviews after I ordered a new rim. However, my order was delivered on time and it was the rim that I ordered. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe they are getting better, all I know is that they did deliver as promised.

The worst service that I’ve ever seen!
They sent the wheel to the wrong address. It took weeks for them to return my money and charged $35 for the service. It can only be a scam store, they do everything they can to ensure you don't receive the product and they charge you for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Sent the wrong rim and charged a $35.00 restocking fee when returned. Found it interesting that the rim they did send is shown as out-of-stock on their website. Can't help but wonder how many times that rim has been sent and returned. Avoid doing business with them.

The worst online experience ever.... had a cracked stock obs wheel so I ordered one for over $300. They sent me the wrong wheel (no i didnt order the wrong one)and then took 3 weeks to get me a label to return it. In 3 weeks obviously I need my truck so I found another place that sent me a rim in a couple days. Completely forgetting about it a month later another rim is on my porch... interesting... this one is one is a cheapo steel wheel(about $100) for God knows whose truck but its definitely not for mine (the return process was a pain the first time so 5 phone calls and 5 emails later they had all my truck information and still not got it wrong.I go to look at my account and notice they never returned my money, I called them and they didn't even know they sent it!!! Come to find out they don't even sell my rim just list it and send the wrong one!!... this time 10 phone calls and 10 emails later and 9 promises to send a return label they still don't. Then on the last one the guy said qell we only have a 3) day return policy for the original purchase..... uhhhh yall sent this to me over a month after that... his response was too bad and hung up. Conclusion. They sent me the wrong one. Then actually sent another wrong one, stole my money and told me too bad.... idek what to do.... anyone want to buy a mysterious rim for a mystery truck?

Reading prior reviews I was nervous.
However:
1)wheel arrived 2 days earlier then quoted
2)wheel was the serial # I ordered (I did my own homework to ensure wheel was correct for my car)

Finish looks good but reserving 5 stars to see the durability of the finish

Purchased a rim for a Benz that did not fit. I was told to send it back for $35 re-stocking fee and a refund. NEVER got refund, stopped answering e-mails. Sketchy and not trustworthy. Bad communication. Unable to speak with anyone on the phone live. Only answered my email to instruct on how to return. After my return was received, nor refund, won’t answer emails. Bad business!

This company refuse to refund my money when I was approved to return them a damaged wheel. They have both the wheel and my money!

I strongly advised against dealing with this place at all cost. My personal experience with them has been extremely negative. They engaged in fraudulent business practices by refusing to refund my money and falsely accusing me of returning a damaged product. Despite returning the product in its original condition (unopened) due to THIER error in providing the WRONG ARRIVAL DATE, they claimed it was damaged. They took an unnecessarily long time to process my request and failed to provide any evidence to support their claim. The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and implying, that I should just give my money away without addressing the issue. I advised him to file a claim with UPS, as any damage to the package would have occurred during transportation to their warehouse and not by us. However, they showed no interest in considering my suggestion. Instead, they pushed me to just give them my hard earned money and accept it as it is and as if I had no other option. They showed no willingness to find a resolution and seemed to be involved in scamming transactions.They promised that the warehouse would call me, but I never received a call. I regret not reading these reviews before engaging with them. I strongly advise against dealing with these untrustworthy individuals. If they treat their clients in such a manner, one can only imagine the quality of products they sell. It is best to avoid this place at all costs. I urge everyone to steer clear of this place as it appears to be operating dishonestly! SCAMMERS!

UPDATE! I was just promised that a supervisor will reach out to me for resolution. I will keep everybody updated!

I ordered a new rim for my Kia since no shops in town had it. Order was placed on the a Thursday then I read reviews over the weekend and got nervous so I emailed on Monday about why it hadn't shipped yet. Ryan told me that they were still finishing the rim and it would go out soon. I got an email that it shipped later that day and I received it on that Wednesday. 6 days total. The rim looked great and (more importantly) fit my car and got me back on the road. To be clear, it's not a luxury rim or a luxury car. That said, I feel bad for anyone who had a less than ideal experience or had to deal with returning items (seems to be where things go wrong) but I have no complaints. I will definitely be using them again, should I need to.

I placed an order on this site for a rim that said it could arrive by a certain date. After contacting customer care, it became clear that the rim would NOT arrive in time (the time advertised on their website), so I requested to cancel the order. This happened on 1/8/24. They then asked for confirmation of order cancellation, which I gave on 1/9/24. On 1/10, I received notice that the package had been sent. After receiving this notice, I sent them a few messages letting them know that I did not want the package, asking about a refund. On 1/16, I finally received a notice from them saying the package was sent because I requested to cancel after the package was "dispatched" on 1/10 which is blatantly false and captured in writing. Customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach on the phone, and their pace of email is maximum one per business day. I am very disappointed with this company and at this point believe the only way I will receive a refund is through a credit card dispute.

Would recommend avoiding this company.
