My husband and I had a great experience at Auto Rim Shop!! Jeff and Milton went out of their way to help us find the exact replacement rims for our car. They treated us with kindness and respect. They had full knowledge of what we were looking for and accommodated us well. Jeff is the nicest manager we ever engaged with. We highly recommend this company in Farmingdale, NY.

From the time of purchase I was very impressed with the time of receiving the items and the returns on the damaged rim. My communication with Scott Coppola was all I needed to get things done, from return labels, and shipping replacement items. He was very courteous, professional, and respectful to the customer when communicating. I would do business with this company again. The rims received were good quality and look new. And prices you can’t beat. Scott in my opinion received five stars for his hard work, and satisfying the customer.

I ordered 4 OEM wheels from Auto Rim Shop. They sent me three aftermarket and one OEM. Since I didn't realize this until after their two week deadline, they refuse to exchange the aftermarket wheels. They stopped answering my messages, and their phone just gives you a FAX tone. AVOID!!! SCAM company. Look at the BBB reviews from customers - most are one star.

The powdercoat paint flaked off where the weld beam was from their refurbishing process. I provided detailed pictures and evidence proving my case. They took zero ownership of the mistake and blamed it on the mounting equipment at the tire shop. I asked that they offer to pay for a fresh powdercoat and they declined. Terrible customer service.

This was my second purchase from them. The first purchase experience was better, however, the wheel color/finish was slightly off from factory. They pushed back on that as well but I let it go as it was close enough and saved me a lot of money vs new OEM. Moral of the story, it’s a toss-up of what you’re going to get from these guys. If you end up with a subpar product, you’re stuck with it because they won’t care.

They advertised a wheel at 17x7 but they sent me 17x7.5 which caused damage to my car! I had to wait on hold for an HOUR and spent another 30 min trying to work it out with them to avoid the “restocking fee” and for them to even be willing to accept the return I had to provide them with picture after picture of the wheel. Do not buy from them!!! These are NOT factory wheels! They are refurbs! They lie all over the place and make it almost impossible to return!

Ordered a set of 20 inch chrome clad rims for my 2019 Ram 1500. To my dismay one of the four wheels arrived damaged in shipping. This was no fault of Auto Rim Shop as box appeared to be ripped and dropped. A return label was provided to me quickly and a replacement arrived within a few days. Process was pretty seamless in return and communication was great via their online chat. Thank You Auto Rim Shop

Ordered an OEM recon for my Model Y Tesla. Arrived and mounted to my vehicle within 48 hours. Awesome! Wheel looks great at a fraction of what Tesla quoted me at.

I order a rim for my truck. The rim fit perfectly and the order shipped on time. Great experience! I highly recommend these guys.

I needed a tire for my daughters Nissan Versa. The order process was super easy! They knew the tire I needed right away and the shipping was incredibly fast! I was able to install it with no issues and rest assured that my daughter is safe while driving!

I ordered refurbished rims placed on Jan 18, 2022, $300 per rim. They started peeling after 2 years and need to be replaced. It looks like they have Leprosy. Look somewhere else!! The warranty is one year. Buyer beware!
I was told nothing they can do.

Hidden Damage to Mounting Hub
Beware! The face of the wheel looked fine when I received it, so I had a local tire shop mount a new tire on it and I went on my way. When I tried to mount the wheel on the car, I discovered that the hub-mounting circle on the inside of the wheel had apparently been damaged and re-welded in a poor attempt to fix it. The additional material from the welding prevented the wheel from even being mounted onto the hub--the hub circle was now a smaller diameter than the hub itself. I was eventually able to press the wheel onto the hub using the wheel bolts and an impact driver, but I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a wheel but canceled the order before the shipment. I was still charged with $19 cancellation fee. Bad experience. Don’t recommend this vendor

Ordered a rim on Dec.5 Dec11 I called and it took a few hours to get back to me send a text saying out of stock refund will take 5 to 7 days .

INSPECT (IN THE SUN) BEFORE MOUNTING or, better yet, don't bother. You get what you pay for.

Found this review website too late! I was at two stars until I called their customer service to get help and that dropped the experience to one star.

I ordered three wheels from Auto Rim Shop in September (that's all they had) and then the fourth wheel in October when it came back in stock. Finally had them mounted today only to find one of the wheels was damaged (presumably in shipping) and two of the wheels have a purplish hue that doesn't match the other two wheels or the OE finish. Additionally, at least one of the wheels wasn't completely painted at the lip near the tire.

I called to check on all of these issues. They didn't care about the damage because it was out of their return policy window. As for the color, same story there but in this case they couldn't be returned because they were mounted on the car. It is definitely my fault for assuming that these are OE quality (they're not) and that the color match would be acceptable (it's not).

When I called to check if there was anything I could do or whether they were interested in knowing about the quality issues, the first response I got was that there was no quality issue and the second was that because there is an ongoing quality issue and I should have known to taken the wheels out of the box and inspect them. Knowing what I know now, they're definitely right about the second point - I should not have assumed they'd be any good and you shouldn't either.

And, Auto Rim Shop, if you read this, please do give me a call. I left my phone number for a call back but the agent wasn't willing to wait around long enough for a supervisor to answer.

Buyer beware, I had an extremely frustrating experience with this seller. Despite ordering four matching wheels, I received three different ones across multiple shipments. Communication was slow, and after weeks of follow-ups, they failed to take accountability or provide a clear resolution. I was accused of wrongdoing simply for requesting what I paid for—a matching set of wheels. I would not recommend this seller based on their lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Just look at Google, trustpilot, and BBB, this isn't isolated.

I ordered a SILVER wheel and they sent a BLACK one. When I made a complaint "Kyle" contacted me and requested pictures. I guess they need pictures to tell the difference between a Silver wheel and a BLACK wheel. I told Kyle I need a replacement Silver wheel in two days and he sent a information to fill out for a return and requested more pictures, although I just sent him pictures! I could not wait for them with their BS, so I went ahead and used the Black wheel. I would never buy from them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ORDERED 3 WEEKS AGO SAID THERE WAS A DISCRETION WITH ADDRESS THATS WHY MY ORDER GOT CANCELLED THIS BUSINESS TAKES THE MONEY MAKE PROFIT ON IT THEN THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND WILL RETURN IT 1 MONTH LATER IN OTHER WORDS THEY ARE USING OUR MONEY WE PAY TO FUND THERE BANKROLL . THEY DESERVE A INVESTIGATION I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN NEW YORK RE: THIS UNPRACTICAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS

I order last month 2015 Chevy equinox rim after two third delivery because they won't supply the right address three times I give him the correct address with the apartment numbers and they failed to send them to the right place just yesterday I have a notification they paying back $80 for my account instead the $133 they charge me for the rim this is a unfair practice I just want to warn everybody who using this shop Make sure you're not ripped from your money
