Can’t believe I didn’t check these reviews before purchasing! I never got my rim for my vehicle, I was told to file a claim with UPS. The claim got approved but I have yet to get a hold of anyone at this company at. The few time I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they have been rude and unhelpful saying that there was nothing they could do!

I ordered a rim, called and emailed Support for delivery information, no response or product received.
I should have checked them out prior to ordering.

The rim was not exact but close enough so I didn't complain, 60 days later all the paint peeled off. No one will respond to me.

They cashed my $1300 check immediately, and six months later, I still do not have a set of rims. After several exchanges already (dents, rust, etc.), I only have three wheels that match. Now they simply will not answer my calls or emails. Told me they were in stock and would be shipped the next day. What a fraud!

Ordered a wheel because they state fast free shipping in the US. 8 days later, I had not received any shipping info, so I call and talk to someone at a call center that has to email the place to find out what the status of my order is. I get an email 4 hours later that the wheel I bought was scrapped because it didn't pass inspection, but I could buy a brand new replica for almost twice as much. Total bait and switch! Don't trust these jokers! Why would a wheel that hasn't passed inspection be advertised for sale? I'm sure they never had the wheel in their possession and the plan was always to sell me the replica.

Horrible company. I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing from them. Like everyone said, they will sell you a product that falsely fits your car and then make it impossible to get a hold of anyone to return it. SCAM COMPANY

Please take these reviews in consideration before purchasing from Auto Rim Shop. The customer service is extremely rude and pretty much non existent. They absolutely will not return your call or help resolve any of your issues. It's a big scam. Please don't waste your time and money like I have.

Same experience here as the previous review. Customer support is nonexistent. They sent me a defective rim and now they are impossible to get ahold of. Finally got in touch with someone in sales (they answer right away) but nobody in support will return my calls/emails. Extremely poor service and product. Stay far away.

I ordered a rim from them and got a confirmation email. However there's no way you can reach them by phone. They always place you on hold automatically and told you that your wait time is 8 minutes; or you can press 2 to retain your queue. They actually never get back to you. Your email to the Support would get an auto response. THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU!!! Stay away from their scam! I will have to get my money back through paypal.
