Absolute waste of a company
Absolute waste of a company. I’ve had multiple issues with my van (purchased new), but all of my problems I’ve had, (been 5 problems so far), they’ve only managed to sort 1 of them, and then with the other issues, they say ‘no we don’t cover that, you have to pay’… so I pay this money monthly for them to cover these things, yet I have to pay for the repairs anyways.. they don’t elaborate why they don’t cover it… I just had a tyre run over a screw, they said they cover those repairs/replacements, but they wouldn’t cover this one because the screw wasn’t in the centre of the tyre, it was on the edge… “ we won’t cover that”… because of it being an inch to the left.. what on earth kind of policy is that. Absolute joke. And that’s just the latest of all their shortcomings. Can’t even stop paying them for the duration of my lease unless I want to pay a £3k cancellation fee. Pointless company. Don’t understand how their reviews are high, unless everyone else is getting some other sort of treatment.
So, unfortunately a company I have to stay with because of course not paying £3,000 to leave them.
But will most definitely not be returning when the lease is up,
Steer clear of this company unless they decide to actually do what they say they’re supposed to do.

It is just so easy to speak to someone and get a service booked. Jackie Jones was so helpful today and was able to organise a booking for a service for me and within minutes I received a call from the service centre to fix a date and time and also had a confirmation email from Jackie. Their customer service is exemplary over any other organisation I deal with.

I was having issues trying to arrange a service for my car. The online system was not giving me the options i needed. Fortunately i was assigned to a lovely man who basically picked up the phone to a local garage for me & had the car booked in the following week. Excellent service from Drew Skelding.
