I received my dress within a few days. Looks exactly like the picture. Is lined, has a hidden zipper in the back. Followed size chart and fit perfect. Great quality. I would recommend and would buy again from the website. Beautiful dress!!! I purchased Dazzling cold shoulder sequin evening gown in size 12. I am 5’2”, I weigh 132. I’m am pear shaped. The straps are adjustable. Couldn’t be happier.

The dress and accessories were perfect. Size and fit were as expected, and perfect. I received so many compliments!

I can't say enough about the customer service from this company. I read reviews before ordering, but I'm always skeptical when ordering online from a retailer with no storefront.

I ordered 2 very different dresses- one from their amazon store, and another directly off of their website. The amazon dress came in first, obviously. When I tried it on it fit like a glove, but it made me realize the dress I ordered from the Babeyond website was going to be too big. I contacted customer service immediately to see if they could change my order size before it shipped to avoid having to buy a THIRD dress to ensure i had it in time for my event, and I honestly didn't expect a response.

Color me shocked when a Babeyond rep responded to my request less than 8 hours later! They adjusted the size and shipped the dress the next morning. It came in today, and my goodness it is STUNNING! A coworker bought the amazon dress from me, she fell in love too.

The quality, price point, and customer service of this company is unprecedented for an online only retailer shipping from China. I sent their info to all of my coworkers to order dresses for our Gatsby event, and I will continue to buy beautiful things from them in the future. Even the accessories I ordered on Amazon are high quality, especially considering the price.

If you're hesitant to order, don't be! Check the size chart on the website and order accordingly. Know your measurements, and don't order bigger than you need to. I bought a standard size XL dress and a standard 16 (not the plus versions), and there is just enough wiggle room so that the sequins and beading don't chaffe my skin. My measurements are 44.5" bust, 35" waist, 39" underbust (40DD bra size), and 44.5" hips, height 5'10". The floor length dresses with an even hem are too short for me, so I went with a hi-low hem with a split in front. I'm a true hourglass with a long torso, and these dresses suit me so well. I'm hard to please, but very impressed with these dresses!

Love my dress. Prefect for a 1920’s party. Was small in size, as mentioned in previous reviews, so I ordered a size larger than normal. Still a bit fitted but has enough stretch to the material. The headband with feathers is taking some altering to make it usable for a long evening. I have fine hair and that may be part of the problem but the ribbon doesn’t stay tied unless secured by extra pins.

Avoid this company. Dresses ordered and some were not suitable, when they were returned the address the company gave was non existent and they have not communicated from emails sent. Telephone number given is permanatly engaged. AVOID AVOID AVOID

ordered several dresses from Babeyond and absolutely love them! The styles are gorgeous, the fit is true to size, and the quality is excellent—especially at this price point. Each piece feels elegant and well-made. I get compliments every time I wear one. Highly recommend!

I am a photographer, and I love using the outfits and accessories from Babeyond. The outfits are well-made and look beautiful.

My packages did not arrive and my money was refunded after a short exchange of emails. This was great. 4 stars bc I wish there was better tracking. May package was stuck in out for delivery for weeks. :(

I bought two dresses, earrings and a head piece. Everything arrived super fast and the quality is exceptional. I followed the size guidelines and the dresses fit perfectly.

Customer service is non existent they just deny any wrongdoing and breach all of their legal responsibilities to the consumer. Total scam!

Lovely outfits and good quality. However make sure you order the right as, if you return the item. They will not refund you. Bought 4 outfits from them. Will not buy a fifth one.

Extremely disappointed at Babeyond. My daughter ordered a dress for a prom and the getting it on time was critical. She paid for the expedited shipping that is 6-8 days. She ordered, it has gone 13 days and it has not arrived. She could not use it for the prom. Dealing with the Babeyond customer service is bad. We try to get the $120 back that paid for the dress, but customer service is ghosting us. This is probably a scam or fraudulent website. Don’t order them.

This group will not refund you for any of your dresses and will take a long time to respond and will not even correctly address concerns. I purchased "sale" items which Babeyond later said they considered "clearance" although it is nowhere listed on their site. They said clearance items are not eligible for any refunds or returns. This is a scam, and the dresses are poorly made. The shipping tracker said they came straight from China too so they probably don't want any items returned to avoid tariffs. They won't make any returns "eligible" on their website and there is no one to talk to, and now they are deeming the items are past the 14 day window.

Stay away from this website!

BUYERS BEWARE ‼️. I paid for postage on an approved return A MONTH ago and have not received a refund or any communication from them aside from an automated message. I read reviews and this has happened to others before as well! Babeyond, do better! Don’t be a scammer! It’s not okay to start ghosting me because I’m asking where my refund it when you’ve had the items for weeks.

I bought a dress from this company back in June/July. The dress was a lot more glitzy than the photos on the website and after trying it on decided it wasn't for me. I paid the postage to return it and they told me I would get a refund. Fast forward 6.months later and various emails still no refund. I am very disappointed
