I ordered a dress and the wrong one came , I reached out and they were quick and helpful in their response. They were great in customer support.

Everything arrived exactly as expected and in a timely manner! There was a small loose thread on the purse I ordered but it’s honestly hard to notice if you don’t know it’s there

Customer service made a bad situation good. My original delivery got lost by the postal service and they were able to get another delivery out in time for a wedding. Great customer service. Also the dress was great quality!

The return process is cumbersome and puts the burden on the customer to work through multiple steps to complete a return. I had to request a return and wait for an email in response, something I have never been instructed to do with a return elsewhere. I never got a response and had to email a second time and wait longer for the response which was stressful when dealing with a short return window - 14 days, which is also not standard at other retailers. Shipping on the return was not covered and after shipping my return I was supposed to email again to provide the tracking number. The clothes are pretty, but since I don’t know how or if they will fit and don’t want to have to deal with that return process again, I don’t think I will order again.

I purchased 3 dresses and the one that fit ;and I’d love to keep) smells like body odor😬. How did this happen? I could have it dry cleaned but I shouldn’t have to.

I was really surprised by the quality! The dress is gorgeous and fit perfectly according to the sizing guide using my measurements. Zero disappointments!

I ordered 2 dresses for my 20's Event. I was hoping that at least one would work. They are both beautiful vintage dresses that were a perfect fit. I was really impressed with the quality. I have decided to keep both:)

The fascinator is cute, but came squished so I am not sure how to revive it. Still working on that, so not able to use it for an event that happens today.

One thing that I would appreciate is if orders could be sent as requested. I ordered a red dress and received a green one.

I ordered the same dress two different sizes since I was not sure of sizing. I did the measurements and it had me in a larger size than I take. I was able to return the larger dress no problem. The dress is great. And the headpiece I got was so cute. Can’t wait to wear it for a speakeasy party

The dress I ordered the first time was unavailable, but I was offered to choose a different dress. I decided to choose and order a different ensemble. I received the items and they are gorgeous and fit perfectly. I also received part of the first order, and while the items are gorgeous, it’s not what I need at this time. This company is very easy to work with and will definitely recommend to everyone looking for 1920s themed attire.

I only received half my order and so far customer service has been less than helpful.
