It’s both cheap and easy to use. It gives me such peace of mind to know that my luggage is registered, should it go missing. I won’t travel without my tags on my luggage.

Excellent customer service. Always good to see what a company does when things don't go to plan and Jake has been wonderful. When I had technical questions (not being very tech savvy) I received speedy advice and guidance and when a fault developed (months later) was immediately offered a full refund or replacement. The guardian angel tracker is very simple to use and set up - the instructions sent with it are very thorough with the sim card already active. It has lots of really useful features (like low battery alerts and fall alerts) and gives great peace of mind, a very useful addition when trying to keep a vulnerable young adult safe.

I needed to contact back2you to ask a couple of questions. They were very helpful and informative. The item they recommended was the same one I had my eye on. When I made the order it arrived very quickly.

You can hide the small unit anywhere. The download App is very easy to use and works with great accuracy. Service and information was also second to none. A great item.

Excellent piece of kit! Bought this for our Caravan for not much more than the subscription required for one year for the factory installed Tracker! Easy to set up. I required clarification of just one small part of the instructions which was very quickly sorted with a free phone call to the friendly staff at back2you. Highly recommended!!

We have just renewed our Back2you subscription - we feel that it is a small price to pay to have peace of mind when travelling - if lost then our luggage is linked to both our destination and home without needing to have our personal details on display at the airport. Luckily we have never had to use the return service so can’t speak to that but as insurance goes Back2you is great value for money.

Really happy with my purchase, super fast delivery and was able to fit it straight away exactly as advertised. So easy and no hardly any setup to do as it was already done for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind! Thanks

Had an issue setting up my Tracker. Emailed for support and I received great help from Chris and the company. Unit seems to work well and seems to have hood functionality for the price.

Received a tracker as gift but tracker unable to do what is needed. After that was established on the phone, together with the staff from back2you, it was decided to return the tracker under the 30 day money back guarantee. Tracker has now been back at back2you for 5 working days but no money refunded. So, paid for postage 1st class and insurance and on top they don't seem to refund, great! Trackers are exactly the same as can be bought for a third of the price on eBay. Seems all a con to me. At least on eBay you have some buyer protection, with these jokers I still have to see if we ever see the money back.
