We worked with BackupVault to implement an email and file recovery system for our organisation's Google Workspace account. We found them to be helpful, informed and approachable, explaining clearly the process involved in implementing their solution. Would highly recommend them to others looking for these services.

I have been using Backupvault for my clients offsite backups for a number of years now. Their product works brilliantly. I have recommended them to other businesses due to the quality of their product plus the fact the backups are UK stored and fully GDPR compliant. Recently I have started to use there Microsoft 365 backups too. The team are knowledge, incredibly helpful and know their stuff. I would whole-hearted recommend them for your backup requirements.

The company are brilliant. They helped me initially sort my IT problems and from then on I have them back up all my data on a daily basis.

My business which is online only and teaches people a new skill. Should I lose my data for any reason I would be out of business.

As a UK software company, we needed a reliable UK-based cloud backup solution that we could trust with our data. After a lot of research we found BackupVault and they've been pretty much perfect so far.

The system "just worked" (which is rarer than it should be really) and it was easy to set up the encryption etc., but it was great to have an actual human in a local timezone to talk to on the phone when we wanted to check a few things beforehand.

We've done some test restores to verify everything will work as planned (should the worst come to the worst!) and it all went smoothly. Very good speeds too.

This might not be the cheapest solution, but reliable and secure backups aren't the place to scrimp and save.

Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Backup Vault offers us the secure off-site backup for our 365 tenant that we needed. A lot of backup services store your files in the US, which then opens up a complicated DPA2018/GDPR issue where you need to be making sure that every step in the chain is compliant. Supporting a UK business and storing our backups in the UK puts everyone in a position of strength.

For an accountancy practice a secure, off-site backup is essential. A cloud backup solution needs to be UK based for GDPR compliance and be simple to use (I have enough complicated software to master). BackupVault ticks all the boxes and the service provided is excellent. It has certainly given me one less thing to worry about.

Very good company to work with, with an A+ backup service, I've been reselling their products for over 3 years, I've never seen a service outage and the hand full of issues we have encountered were client specific and easliy resolved. As a reseller if my customer has a problem I need to get answers fast, the turn round time on email enquiries is amazing.

I've been using BackupVault for two years, for three systems with about 200Gb data. This is for a social enterprise which wanted to keep data in the UK, encrypted. The setup was easy and the backup client is blindingly fast compared to any other I have used. Service has also been excellent - proactive and helpful when we have needed them, e.g. after a server failure to re-connect the backup account. Very happy to recommend the service to others.

Very pleased with the service provided to get everything set up. Our requirements were understood well. So far, I've not needed to access any backups (thankfully), but my experience so far gives me confidence in they system.

You need to make sure you have a secure, restorable encrypted offsite backup and BackupVault provides this

As a Dental Practice owner l have used BackupVault for several years now.
They have provided me with an excellent personal service.
I have found it easy to use and any issues were quickly solved for me.
They gave me all the information I needed (GDPR etc) to pass a CQC inspection.
Most importantly is the peace of mind, knowing that if I have any problems ( ransomware etc ) I will be protected.

Well, they say you should test your backups before you need them. Well, I've tested it a now since I *had* to use this a couple of days ago! (Had to recover an email of attachments a client had sent in that Outlook/Exchange decided to loose into the ether for no apparent reason (or a colleague managed to perma-delete!).) It would have been very embarrassing to ask her to resend so bloody glad it worked! Morale of the story, don't trust MS 365 with your data and certainly don't trust yourself or your staff....! I wouldn't be without this and I'd recommend any other 365 or GSuite user adopt it too.
