First class service and exactly what I was looking for after using an alternative backup service.
We have been using the service for close on 3 years and haven't ever felt the need to move elsewhere.
As a customer you are made feel like an individual as opposed to just a number.

Backup Vault ticked all the boxes that we required. The backup software was easy to use, Backup Vault were always available to contact and speak to. They were very helpful and professional. UK based for GDPR was a fantastic option.

We have been using Backup vault for a number of years, the system is reliable and easy to use. The tech support is second to none with help given very quickly! It is nice that support is in the UK (as are the data centres) and also that the staff are very knowledgeable both about the product and IT in general.

We use the system to keep multiple clients data safe, and on occasions it has 'saved our bacon' when the client has deleted or been victim to ransomware.

We have also begun to use their excellent Office 365 backup to secure email and One Drive data.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service and will continue to use it.

We had a big comms room failure and were left with serious lack of service and the risk of corrupted SQL DB and lost data. Backupvault had a good copy of our data from the previous day and we restored over 2TB of Finance and management data using their incremental restore system. This prioritised the data that was required by our our users and restored the rest in the background. Our systems almost entirely failed and but the Wednesday we were back to normal. Its secure and compliant (we are a small Fintech business and this is essential). You need to make sure you have secure, restorable encrypted offsite backup and BackupVault provides this at very good value. BackupVault effectively saved our business. I couldn't recommend them more.

Having been in lockdown for over 12 weeks we needed to quickly move our backups from an onsite backup to a cloud solution. With lots of companies offering solutions, BackVault stood out as we required various levels of compliancy including and more importantly GDPR. We were able to move all our data into the cloud within 1 hr with the superb assistance from BackupVault support engineer. The SW is easy to use and our data is securely stored in the cloud. Restoring data is also very easy to! We will now be using BackupVault as our backup solution and I have already decommissioned our onsite backup.
