Found this company on a comparison site and I'm glad I picked them. I dealt with Andrew Meadows and Debi Tobin. I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole company but mainly you two for the quick responses to my emails&calls and making the whole process easy for me being a first time buyer and not having a clue how it works. Also want to give Andrew a big round of applause for the late emails and phonecalls we had having a laugh throughout the process and even emailing me on a Sunday!! Thank you for the work you've done. I will definitely use again when selling and buying the next house. Highly recommend to all.

I recently bought my first house and used Baker Ashley as my solicitors after finding them through a Google search for good solicitors. They did not disappoint, they were helpful and easy to contact through out the process, keeping me informed and in the loop, as well as easing my mind when I was stressed or unsure of the process. They made the whole experience simple and easy and didn't mind explaining things. I mostly dealt with Natalie and Andie, but also interacted with Andy, and all of them had excellent professional attitudes and were knowledgeable about the processes involved. We received the keys to hour new house today, and I can't thank them all enough for their help!

Very happy with the service, good communications from Andrew and Debi and excellent value. I found their HOOWLA system difficult to navigate and sparse on detail, but my questions were answered quickly by people, which is better really. Would recommend.

Baker Ashley were great during our whole experience, Andie was brilliant and Natalie too. Always answered our questions and queries quickly and kept us updated at all times. We couldn’t fault them, we were a little skeptical using a solicitor that wasn’t local but they’ve been great throughout our first time purchase! Highly recommend!

We recently bought our first home and were recommended the conveyancing services of Baker Ashley.

It’s worth mentioning that throughout the process, the website Hoowla that Baker Ashley use, kept us fully up to date with any progress and helped aid the exceptional communication we received from both Lisa & Sue.

Whenever there were issues, I would receive quick and clear responses from either Lisa or Sue and if there was any confusion, they would happily jump on a call to explain.

They really did make our journey a lot easier than anticipated and the professionalism/clarity was massively appreciated.

Baker Ashley have been fantastic at dealing with the purchase of our home. Both our conveyancer Debi Tobin and legal assistant Andrew Meadows have been really efficient and quick at dealing with this process. We can't thank them enough for their patience at answering our many first time buyer silly questions and for following up on every aspect we wanted them to double check with the sellers. It is the first time when dealing with legal stuff that we felt we were being understood and taken care of. We would highly recommend them.
