Baker Ashley were fantastic. They met a strict deadline with plenty of time to spare. The legal assistant, Andrew, was particularly helpful and promptly responded to my regular requests for updates. I would definitely use these for future purchases and recommend to others.

We're two first time buyers and were both very nervous about buying a house. Baker Ashley made it easy. We went from offer to completion in under 3 months, and that's even when we had to renegotiate the price due to a down valuation from the bank. Their online system tells you what's needed and lets you track the progress of each stage in detail. Their legal assistants are friendly and will explain things if you get lost. They're based in Wales and we live in Manchester, but we were able to do everything over email, post and video calls. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an easy conveyancing experience for a decent price.
