Andrew and Debi helped me in the process of buying my house . Had issues with previous solicitors with contact and information. Had no issues with these and everything was prompt and clear . Do recommend.

The service offered by Baker Ashley extended over longer than a year due to two collapsed purchaser chains and procrastination on the part of the eventual purchaser. I was kept informed at every stage of proceedings, both by email, 'phone calls and through the online portal. Staff demonstrated great patience in dealing with endless questions from the other side and charges were very reasonable.

We had exceptional service from Baker Ashley from start to finish of our remortgage. They were exceptionally quick with responses and got us to the finish line. The best! Great communication throughout. We had Debi & Andrew and were super throughout, always getting back to me quickly without having to chase. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Well, the first convencer we were given did not work out, however the firm quickly realised this and swapped us to Kerry and Michelle, as soon as Kerry took over our account things got better immediately and we found her empathetic and supportive. Our sale was fraught with mishaps and general uselessness by the estate agents but Kerry brought us through and we completed yesterday

Instructed these guys through conveyancing index. Reviews seemed relatively good. Maybe I just got the bad colleagues ? I'm.not sure but I'm almost 5 months into a basic transfer of equity.

The hoowla app they use is all but useless without them updating it. They ignore your multiple emails asking for an update weeks apart. I'm absolutey appaled at the service I'm currently receiving. Last email I received was "update you later today" 6 days have no passed with no update.

I would strongly advise you look else where for your legal work/advice.

My case is still on going and despite emailing and calling they don't seem to care about the experience they deliver to the clients. Never again.

Some aspects of the service were really really great, and a solid five stars - David who heads up the team there is superb in every respect. However, along the way I had three (four?) other solicitors on my file, one of which was great (but was only on my file for a short while), and the others were more mixed, one was poor. I would definitely use the firm again but for this specific transaction it’s four stars rather than five for me.

I was directed to Baker Ashley through fix my legals. This was the first time buying a house on my own so it was very daunting, but it didn’t need to be as I was supported and kept in the loop the whole time from Kerry. I was anxious due to them not being local to me but I got regular updates via email and everything was dealt with quickly and I went from making an offer on September 14th to getting the keys November 1st!
