Balgores leasing made it very simple and easy for us to quote and order. Andy and all the team are very friendly and helpful.

My sister in law has got a bad response when she tried to move out.

waited so long to repairs requested there was no response and updates.

i was wondered when i read through reviews. Home owners might tried different because of their business needs or the reviews are not very genuine. Customer are always part of their job and if they negative response means they are not accurate. i don't want to give even one star they don't deserve it.

I always use Balgores for my new cars - they have a brilliant, friendly team. I've just taken delivery of my new car and I'm over the moon.

I was recommended Balgores leasing from a friend. Contacted Charlie and told him what car I was looking for as they didn’t have it in stock but they found me one! I am Loving my new Cupra Tavascan vz1.
As this is my first lease car there was a lot of questions and they were always there when I called or emailed.
Happy with the service and I would recommend for sure.

Treena is an absolute gem!

I moved house between picking my car and having it delivered, which I’d mentioned from the initial sales call and they said shouldn’t be a problem if I do move, just provide new proof of address… however I moved the weekend before car delivery and called to let them know.. the finance company cancelled everything!

Treena to the rescue, she was polite, honest and so clear with communication, ultimately I owe it to her that I have a car today and I’m not stranded! Her commitment to getting things sorted was fabulous and she listened to me, which can be rare in the customer service industry. I felt like she understood my situation and genuinely empathised with me which will be the reason I recommend Balgores to others.

I absolutely love the car, and everything from choosing the vehicle right through to the pricing was excellent. Andrew made the whole process simple, clear, and completely stress-free. His communication and professionalism were first-class, and he genuinely went above and beyond throughout.

There were some delivery issues along the way (none of which were the fault of Balgores), but Andrew handled every part of it superbly. He kept me updated at all times and even made calls outside of working hours to make sure everything stayed on track and that the car arrived as soon as possible.

He could not have done any more to help.
