We have recently switched to B&M from another national provider we were experiencing issues with. B&M have been great from start to finish - special shout out to Cat who got us onboard. Such a pleasure to work with someone like Cat.

Have to say James who is our weekly driver is brilliant. Always friendly & helpful. I've used B & M waste now for years at three sites and never an issue, If there has ever been anything it's a quick call and it's sorted. Great team.

I have had a terrible experience with B&M Waste. I wouldn't give them any stars at all and would advise not to use this service.

The service is extremely poor, overpriced, your emails and requests get ignored. Staff are useless, claim to sort out charges for errors they make, instead add charges and deliberately don't email or add notes to your account so there is no record of it.

They make it impossible to leave and will hound you for charges they have created even after you terminate your contract.

They so called record conversations and when you ask them to go through them they claim that the calls are deleted over time. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wendy and Steph always very amenable to requests, especially at short notice. Great service!

I have for working with the sales and support team engaging. The are flexible and always show a willingness to help and resolve any issues that may arise in Particular Duane, Wendy and Stephanie.

B&M are very responsive company. Steve Dale the Account Manager is great and always looks into getting the bins emptied if they have been missed if we have a small issue, this is dealt with immediately by Steve and the Team.

Wendy Mitchell and Stephanie McNally have been fantastic account managers, they are great to work with and available whenever we need something. They are a credit to B&M Waste services and both do a great job.

Excellent from signing up to collecting. I've never in my years found anyone as knowledge or indeed as excited about bins! We just wanted someone who was responsive after years of neglect from another "local company"! Cat came in and helped with the whole signing up process and changeover, she pops in for a coffee from time to time and always has some great tips on reducing our waste. Who would think a bin service would become something we are happy to chat about.

Before B&M Waste services, we were using Biffa. It was a total nightmare for our operation .We couldn't get biffa to do their own contracted jobs properly no matter how hard we tried. Then we moved to engage B&M Waste Services. What a breath of fresh air from day one. They were very professional and responsive . Their customer relation is very much unrivalled . Since moving our waste contract over to B&M Waste any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. Our account manager Jenny Lawrence is always available to help us with collections, training, advice and goes above and beyond. I can't thank Jenny enough for all she has done for us over the last few years, she is a real asset and you are lucky to have her working for you.

B&M got us out of a very difficult situation with are old supplier and stepped in and stepped up at very short notice. Our account is incredibly well run by Wendy and Stephanie and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

The first contact was when we transferred services for a major multi-site account which had been having serious issues and within weeks they had resolved these issues and provided a reliable and flexible service with excellent compliance. Our contacts Wendy Mitchell and Stephanie McNally are always easy to contact and give first class support whether with new business quotes, existing service delivery or clients requiring innovative waste improvement projects. They always go above and beyond when we have short notice requirements and have never failed to deliver. Ours is a true partnership which is key to our business.

We have worked with B&M waste now for several years, within the Birmingham area, the company itself have never let us down and have always delivered on time.

We always use Sarah Sudworth as our point of contact not only does she deliver on time, but helps/advises on what would be best for our company.
