I had really great customer service from Angela, helped me get everything set up and went the extra mile

We have recently moved over from another waste company and have so far been very happy with the service provided.
Cara made the transition extremely smooth and was very helpful in setting everything up.

Due to poor service from a competitor, we shopped around and were very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge shown by Cara. After much wrangling with incumbent supplier, we managed to move to B&M within the timeframe we were originally hoping for. This transition was made possible due to the knowledge Cara has of the industry and her ability to really understand her customers needs. We are looking forward to a long relationship with her.

Having recently started up with B&M waste services, so far they have been great. Cara was so helpful and clear from the beginning giving us a quick and straight forward quote, and from there on made the process really easy. Cara got our service date brought forward as soon as requested and has been there to help with our transition.

Big thanks to Angela who helped us sort out our cardboard recycling after going round the houses elsewhere.
Friendly and efficient, we now have a solution which perfectly meets our needs and ensures we are doing our bit for the environment.

James and Cat came to see my fruit and veg shop. And came up with a great solutions for my waste. Looking forward to getting my bins delivered next week.

Professional reliable service with an excellent customer care department. It doesn't matter what time of day or night I do an email I get a fast response - even if the employee is on vacation!!! And to top it off they are competitive too. I have recommended them on several occasions. Well done to all the staff at B&M, keep up the hard work.

I had an initial conversation with Cara regarding the services I already had in place and I was looking to change to a new provider. She came back with a great offer and I changed to B&M Waste Services.

I have just started using B&M Waste Service, I have found them to be very good at what they do. Collection is never late or missed.
As this is a new service provider for us I had lots of question about how my waste is processed and what happens to it. All these were answered quickly and efficiently. Poster were provide with clear and concise instructions on what to put in each bin and a brief statement on what happens to the waste. These were very helpful as lots of people use our building.
I have been given my own customer service manager, Toni Esivwose, who Is very polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him to sort out for you.

We have recently signed up with B&M through Cara and so have so far been very impressed. Cara shows passion for her job and wanting to help us on our journey to be more responsible for our waste and recycling. Cara has been to the School a few times which really builds a customer supplier relationship and gives that personal touch. Since being with B&M we have had one issue when the bins wasn't emptied on the scheduled day ,( the Lorry had broken down) so i contacted Cara who responded straight away and Cara resolved the issue straight away with getting the bins emptied the next day. Thankyou

Ordered new recycling bins with Cara. I needed them on quite a quick timescale due to moving back into our office which had recently been damaged by flooding.

Query dealt with promptly, good communication and bins delivered the next day.

Poor communication, and tedious setup which was much more complicated than we were told. We were told they would deal with ending our contract with the previous supplier and get everything set up however we ended up having to do a lot of this ourselves. They also failed to tell us the collection hours of the bin were outside working hours causing us to miss the first collection.

We joined due to the favorable rates however they have already been increased just months after having the bin.

We have recently signed up with B&M through Anthony and so have so far been very impressed. Anthony shows passion for his job and wanting to help us on our journey to be more responsible for our waste and recycling.
