Good customer service from Zuba
Delivery came after 2 weeks for 3 items, changed my mind on some of the delivered items. Hoping the customer service team will be able to resolve the issues as soon as possible. Happy with Zuba for reaching out on the phone to resolve the matter. Hopefully collection will be made and my refund remitted asap.

The driver and his assistant were very helpful. Taking the bed to the flat and helping to put it in place. They checked that all the relevant bits were found to be in the bed drawers.

Really good experience with this company from start to finish. Delivery was fast with good communication, bed was easy to assemble and looks lovely. I had a very small issue with one of the feet, I contacted the company and they could not be more helpful and resolved this instantly. I would highly recommend.
