Initial contact with sales efficient and friendly. Advise was great. Anita Kaur at “headquarters” was friendly, efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The project manager inadvertently caused a hitch but Wojiech our fitted rectified it and has worked tirelessly going above and beyond to provide a perfect finish

One star — serious leak and no response

We had a walk-in shower installed by Bathing Solutions on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August. The installers left late on Saturday saying the job was complete and everything was fine.

Within hours, water was pouring through the downstairs ceiling, directly over our stairs and hall. Because of the risk of water reaching the electrics, we had to call the Fire Brigade, who attended promptly and shut off the water supply to the entire house.

The following morning we paid £800 for an emergency plumber, who traced the leak to the newly installed shower pipework. We are now left without water and face substantial remedial work, potentially involving removal of part of the newly installed shower.

Despite Bathing Solutions knowing the seriousness of the situation, including that the Fire Brigade had attended, their response has been poor, to day the least: we have repeatedly contacted their customer service and been assured that someone would call us back. Nobody has done so, and we still have no idea when they intend to return and put this right.

My husband is frail and housebound, making being left without water particularly difficult and distressing.

We are simply asking Bathing Solutions to take responsibility for the problem, communicate with us and arrange an urgent resolution. So far, the lack of response has been extremely disappointing.

Everything took place as and when we were told it would. Fitter was friendly and expert at his job... had a minor surprise early on but worked past that and was finished well inside the predicted five days. Interruption to water was minimal and toilet always available over night. Workmanship and finish were excellent.
Phone call every day to see how it was progressing...we never had a problem.

The standard of workmanship by Kevin was outstanding, and the products supplied are first class. I love my new bathroom!

Jac and Jarred worked continually from the time the arrived until the time they went home. Always asking where we wanted handrails and asked what height we wanted the seat. Answered any queries we had explaining in detail. I'd have a very serious problem to find any fault and that includes the Electrician who had more work than he had anticipated. Could not have had a better team. They were all A1.

From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, every day during the installation I received a call from their office to see if I I had any complaints regarding the work that was being carried out or any questions regarding that days work. First class service from everyone involved.

All staff very helpful. Fitter always on time and very good, we certainly would recommend him.

Consulted on every aspect of positioning all disability aids. Tidy workand clearing up every day. Very cheerfull .

I found the whole process from first getting in touch to receiving the quotation very easy, and the salesman, Malcolm Driver, explained everything and then arranged for a survey from the project manager, Paul Tonks, who checked all the measurements and arranged an installation date. The fitter, Ismet Bara, worked very hard and did a great job. While installation was going on, the customer services representative, Aaliyah Martin, checked in by email to make sure everything was going well.
Just a word of caution: make sure the fitter goes through everything and that it all works before he goes.
On the whole very happy.

Joe the fitter was excellent and kept us informed at every stage of the process. The whole experience was really professional and we are just waiting for the company to remove the the waste material

Jakub worked so hard and informed me at every stage of fitting what he'd be doing next. He was punctual and very tidy and very courteous. Each day he took photos and showed me the progress and when finished he took a video showing how each installation in the wet room worked. The finished result was stunning. What a talented fitter.

The finished bathroom is lovely and to a very high standard of workmanship.
Mike the fitter was exceptional in his work as well as being professional and informative. I would recommend the company for their excellent service on a day to day basis and recommend Mike very highly. He is a true ambassador for the Company.

Right from meeting Joe he put my mind at rest I worried I know it was a big job shower to a full wet room .

He cleaned up every day and made sure the site was clear for if I needed to get past.
He was professional start to finish explained everything asked my input where I would prefer the hand rails where they would be more used to you .

After 3 weeks I still do not have a working shower and difficulty moving around my home. I am advised that the plumber will not attend for a further 7 days. So unprofessional it takes my breath away! It says alot that the company only seems to respond to positive reviews.
