Michelle was very friendly and seemed to be helpful at first. However, when she received a call from a firm she approached to hear that I had already sent them my CV directly, she was extremely rude to me, with her precise words going "what's going on here?". From the onset of working with her, I had advised I was contacting firms directly myself as well, I even provided her with a working spreadsheet showing all the firms and positions I had applied to or been in contact with. I would have assumed someone with such a long history in the recruitment sector, she would have been more professional. I would not recommend her to anyone who respects themselves and does not accept someone being rude to them.

Michelle was such an amazing help and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a career move. She puts in so much time and effort whilst constantly checking in before and after interviews. She is friendly yet professional and I would definitely use her again. Thanks again!
