Excellent customer service called to keep me updated and gave me a shorter time slot when I asked. Great bed too

Avoid. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and never get any call, no confirmation, no tracking number and no response.

The item was described as being "in stock". After I paid, I noticed it said "7-8 weeks delivery". Be careful.

Delivery today, early delivery great not unpacked yet

Amazing beds here, i sleep in my new one all the time. I even throw the odd sick day just to stay in bed slightly longer.

Poor service and poor product. Once the bed was ordered, heard nothing about delivery so had to call up. Was given a fairly uninterested response and after weeks of waiting the bed turned up (delivery instructions given on the initial order AND when the courier called to arrange delivery were ignored and the driver had to call 3 times to get directions). The bed was poorly made; pre-drilled holes did not line up and had to be re-drilled. Instructions were comprehensive.....but made no sense - and Im a very competent DIY'er! Now that its assembled it looks good but I question how long it will stay together. All together a bad experience.

Bed came with in two days. Packaged well to protect bed frame and easy enough to put up.

Web site easy to navigate/ e,mail.wth status on order/ very quick service 2 weeks to get elsewhere it was 6 to 8 wks/ delivertman was spot on time with the order to. NOT FIVE STARS BUT 10

Bed arrived when advised, delivery drivers were fantastic, all boxes was well packed.

Not received my bed yet due to delay so they are holding onto my money for a total of 6 more weeks. Stated 10-14 days delivery on website - still said this on the website after they informed me my delivery was delAyed!

Very good price and excellent customer service, prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

In the end delivery came a week late but products ok

unfortunately the order i put in which they said was in stock, turned out to be not and no known time as to when it would be, i did get an email asking me if i wanted a different bed or refund, on speaking to them i should be getting my refund in the morning, fingers crossed.

The order took a bit longer than advised on invoice, but the company kept me updated. It was their supplier that was the delay, not them. Would use again. Product is great value for money

I did not know it would come flat packed so I paid and extra £30 for two men to carry some boxes into my room!! Spent the majority of the day trying to build it because the instructions are awful there are no words just letters and poor drawings. The color of the bed is completely different to the picture it has hardly any storage for an ottoman bed and frankly feels quite flimsy!! Over all I’m not happy.

Excellent mattress and an excellent price. Delivery was excellent too. Very pleased.

I saw a bed I wanted for my 6 year old that showed available, ordered online however the next day got a call to advise they don’t have it in stock and will not be in stock until September which is to far away, I asked for a full refund which I was told it would be done by the end of the day which don’t happen had to chase this up the next day advised again it would be done by the end of day, finally got my refund

Had a problem with my bed base twice and they rectified it good company
