Both Thomas and Nick have been very helpful throughout the buying process in the recent months for our flat in Colindale. From the viewings, through the negotiations, searches and enquiries, and more recently during completion, they have been really responsive, and have helped to facilitate communication between all the parties. I would absolutely recommend their service, and will be sure to come to them again in the future.

Currently, Kayleigh Weston is our property manager, and we greatly appreciate all her assistance. Whenever we have needed her help, she has always responded promptly to our emails, and the few minor issues we have experienced have been resolved quickly and with genuine care.

I feel very fortunate to have Benham & Reeves managing my property, with special thanks to Denisa, my Property Manager, and Di, my Letting Manager.

Denisa is incredibly helpful and consistently proactive. Following the recent tenancy, she has handled all potential issues and tenant requests quickly and efficiently. She takes full responsibility for both landlord and tenant needs, ensuring that matters are resolved promptly and effectively. She genuinely cares about keeping both parties satisfied.

One example that truly reflects her professionalism is her attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. Even when she is on leave, her auto-reply emails are thoughtfully prepared, clearly stating her absence dates and providing a full list of emergency contacts, along with guidance for water, gas, electricity, and repairs. This level of foresight ensures that both landlords and tenants are fully supported at all times. I have rarely encountered a property manager as responsible and dependable as Denisa, and I have complete confidence in her dedication and reliability. She gives landlords real peace of mind.

I would also like to mention Di, the Letting Manager at B&R, who is a top talent and a true professional in the business. With his exceptional insight in the property market and strong understanding of prospective tenants, he was able to screen and secure a high-quality tenant within just a few days. Thanks to his efficiency and sound judgment, there was no vacancy period between tenancies. He handled everything seamlessly, from marketing the property to vetting applicants and finalizing the agreement, making the entire process hassle-free for all parties.

Fast and communicative in a scenario with lots of moving parts!

We are incredibly thankful for all the assistance, help and surprising kindness shown to us by everyone at Benham & Reeves in selling our flat. In particular Maciej (Canary wharf office) was really amazing especially the speed in replying to answering our emails however minor the query. Even once the flat was sold Maciej still checked in 3 times that all was ok. We really are thankful to Maciej and the whole of the Benham & Reeves team.

Recently moved into White City Living, and the service from the team at Benhams has been exceptional.

A particular callout goes to Denisa, who has managed any issues with the apartment brilliantly — always courteous, informative, and great at keeping me updated on progress. I’ve had to raise a couple of issues, but responses have always been quick and attentive, and Denisa is on top of things every time. Really appreciated, thank you.

I’d also like to mention Di in Sales and Lettings, who understands prospective renters’ needs and knows the property market very well. When I was searching for a rental apartment, there was no other agency to go to. Both are a real credit to the business!

I am 100% relying on Benham & Reeves team to manage my property as I live abroad - there are a few hiccups along the way but Ivan and his team are supporting me through these and so far I do not have major troubles in terms of keeping my flat in good condition (though I've never seen it myself) and collecting rents. They definitely know about my flat better than myself. Thank you for treating my flat as if it's your own.

Letting agent Mr Dele Lawal has made very good communication with me throughout the letting process. Although there was some misunderstanding with purchasing the rental insurance. But overall I am quite satisfied with Benham & Reeves and the letting team.

The Japanese team is really wonderful. They are professional and highly efficient. They spent only one day helping me find a suitable tenant and signed a three-year tenancy agreement.
They also helped me assemble some furniture as I was overseas.
They also make every charge and payment very clear so that I can understand immediately.
