I think it’s an absolute con how you are ripping of customers with your p/p fee’s.
An no option for any otter fee.
Even then the parcel arrived but not in the company’s own branding but an eBay box.
Sadly no where else for me to go.

As discussed, we believe it’s the Krystal bed finials that you need. We’ve sent you a follow-up email, so if you could reply to that we can make sure we’ve identified exactly the right parts before sending anything out. In the meantime, we’ve reserved six of the Krystal small finials with silver threaded inserts for you and will dispatch them once we have your confirmation.
We also appreciate you raising your concerns about the postage and packaging. As mentioned on the call, we aim to keep these costs fair. The postage element reflects the Royal Mail charge, while for smaller spare parts we use suitable boxes purchased separately, including from eBay, rather than our branded furniture cartons.

Extremely happy with the item (Logan Fumed Oak coffee table) incredibly robust and very easy to assemble, most likely outlast me. Delivery guys were great and happy to bring the item up five flights of stairs even though it weighs over 35kg! I would have given five stars if it weren’t for the problems I had with the admin side at Furdeco arranging a reasonable delivery time, even despite being given assurances the delivery would be in the afternoon it still arrived late morning. A pity.

Easy to order Tivoli bookcases.
Easy to order the Tivoli bookcases via the website.
The company answered my phone, when I made an enquiry and were helpful.
Products arrived promotly, using Bentley's associated White Glove delivery partner.
Delivery was prompt but unfortunately the White Glove service damaged one of the shelves, whilst building the furniture. I'm going to have to try and fix that damage myself with wood filler.
Had it not been for this damage, I would have awarded 5 stars.

Ordered a headboard for the bed. It was my first time ordering from here and I’m always sceptical ordering from somewhere new. I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to order and how well they kept you informed about the delivery. My item arrived earlier than predicted which was great. Delivered earlier than expected, within the time frame stated, the text message telling me it was arriving at 7am was a bit misleading it only left Birmingham at 6.28 and didn’t get to me until 10.05
