This is the 2 nd order I have placed with Bentley Designs Outlet , having previously ordered a dining table and chairs. When looking to replace some more furniture I looked no further than Bentley. Ordering, communication and delivery were all first class. The furniture is very heavy, sturdy, well made, looks fantastic and is a very reasonable price. I will always look at this company for any other furniture I wish to purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

Definitely 5 star in terms of the value and quality of goods, customer service and after-sales support.
It’s not until an issue arises, that a business reveals its full level of customer service. For me, issues did occur - albeit solely the fault and responsibility of an independent courier.
To complicate matters, whilst Bentley Designs supplied the goods - the furniture was actually purchased from a different retailer. Nevertheless, Zak at Bentley Designs Outlet, provided outstanding customer support, in order to resolve the matter.
Zak endeavoured to resolve this issue in a timely manner, with excellent communication and customer service throughout. He liaised with the courier and retailer, in order to quickly offer a resolution.
Indeed, most certainly above and beyond my expectations; the next working day, Zak arranged for two (very courteous, professional gentlemen!) of his in-house team, to travel a 180 mile round journey, in order to ensure that the product was delivered and assembled to my satisfaction. Upon completion, he also took the time to contact me personally to ensure that I was completely satisfied - exceptional customer care and support!
Also, delighted with the quality of the furniture: I would most certainly recommend Bentley Designs Outlet and certainly consider them for future purchases.

I’m really impressed with the quality of the chairs solid, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. There was a mistake on my end with the delivery address, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful.
