A very good company
A very good company. My order was placed in May for 3 bar stools and 4 velvet chairs. Good correspondence as I was tied to work and couldn't be in on a Friday, yet the company worked around me. Products arrived. One had a small defect compared to what was I was expecting from the website (likely due to transit) and the company replaced this immediately when I contacted them via email and sent photos. Overall, very good quality products and value for money. Made my new flat look better. Would buy again from this company. Thank you.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I found a nest of tables I liked but needed them delivered within a few days. I emailed them and without hesitation responded and met my request, even reached out to the delivery company and assured me it would be delivered. Arrived on time without any issues. Will definitely look to ordering further furniture with them. Thank you!

Fantastic quality products
Fantastic quality products. I bought 6 really stunning bottle green velvet dining chairs. Everyone has complimented on how beautiful they are. When two of my chairs arrived with really minute damage - tiny tear underneath the seat and some loose threading in another - Bentley Design Outlet immediately showed excellent customer service and arranged the collection of the damaged ones and the delivery of replacement ones at no charge. So impressed with such a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend their high end products. Thank you Bentley Designs.

We’ve looked into your order and can see that the product you purchased — the Isabelle Antique Nickel Bedstead — was from our Outlet clearance section and listed as a Grade A3 item. These pieces are heavily discounted and come with clear descriptions and images of any cosmetic wear or damage. Grade A3 items are defined as having major cosmetic wear, may have been ex-display or returned after use, but they should still be fully functional and fit for purpose. We're very sorry that this wasn’t the case for you.
