Great customer service from Dylan!

Dillon was very helpful and explained everything I need to know about my holiday.

Dylan was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and assisted with checking in. Would definitely use this company again.

I had spoken to a customer service representative by the name of Luke Oldfield who resolved my enquiry efficiently. I had problem with the Booking my Hotel with Balcony which Luke had sorted it for me and then I had a question about check in Baggage which Luke took an additional payment and resolved the whole situation very happily. Luke is an asset to the company. I would recommend Bestonline Holidays to everyone. Edward

So far it’s been pretty good. Milo was very professional and knows his job very well.

I found this company a very stressful company to deal with.
I had to chase them for pretty much every detail of the holiday that we had booked.
Nothing was spontaneous, you would ring to ask them to send some paperwork or checkin details, and the standard response was yes you will get them tomorrow or in 24hours, but that never ever happened. It always required multiple phonecalls/emails.
They did eventually get everything sorted but it was hard work on our part.
Neil seemed to be the most proactive member of staff, so thanks to him for sorting out our boarding passes.
Would I use this company again, a resounding no definitely not.
I really dont like their method of selling holidays.

Had some issues with tickets, as it was incorrect on my email account. This caused some headaches at time, Franco was the operator, who kindly helped me solve the issue, and helped navigate my way through the online booking portal.
